As a uber driver its a wrost place for ne everytime. Wait for a long time. Why they are not updating there delivery timings for uber orders. Wait for 15 minutes and after still they wait for 10 minutes. Very poor service all the time. I am frustrated for this place. Recommend to cancel or never accept order from this restaurant

By far the worest kfc I’ve ever been to, I ordered 3 piece chicken combo and the chicken was obviously sitting for a while, it even had a smell to it, I couldn’t have more than two bites and I was hungry too. Go to any other

Thought I would give KFC a try after a few years. If "mega fries" is the size of that little bag, I would hate to see what a small fries looks like. The side dish was literally 3 fork fulls. What's the point other than polluting the earth more than necessary. And they forgot an order of gravy. At the prices they charge for sub-par food tisk tisk!!

I recently visited the KFC at Kipling and Rexdale and had a very disappointing experience. I was told my 10-piece order would take 12 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. During that time, I noticed several customers who ordered smaller meals (4-piece, 3-piece) were served before me, despite arriving after. At least 20 customers were served while I continued to wait for my order. When my meal finally arrived, there was no apology or explanation for the delay, and no attempt at compensation. The service here is awful, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
Ordered takeout on Friday evening and it was delicious. Some of the best KFC fries I ever had.

Just received a boneless bucket, which consists of 8 chicken tenders and popcorn chicken and large fries. The chicken tenders are disgraceful. Small bits of chicken, never seen anything worse. Took photo . Never will I order from here again
