The restaurant was too loud. There was a live singer who was singing at a very high pitch and overall it was very difficult to talk to one another. Apart from that , the food was fine. Nothing too great nor too bad. The service was really good though. Our server went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable.

I cannot count how many times I have gone for brunch on weekends, or dinner anytime of the week. Why? Because the food is alway amazing. The staff genuinely excited to delight their guests. Plus a kitchen that is proudly obsessed about quality, taste, freshness and presentation. Plus, the ambience is pretty awesome too - any old time of the year, but also decks the place for holiday seasons. I'm local to this place, and they get a lot of my business because it's just friggin good! Front of House - hands down to them too! If I haven't sold you to go for the first time - sadly, it's your loss LOL!
Love this place!

The first time I went here was like 4 yrs ago, but I've been back twice in the past 2 weeks! Love coming here, although it can get busy. Food is great, servings vary, depending on what you order. Super friendly service, but bc it can can very busy, you may be waiting a bit. Paid parking available. Their Grilled cheese used to be my fave dish, but after having it for the first time in a while, something was different, not as tasty as before, but still good. Otherwise, the food is great :)

Recently enjoyed a delicious dinner at this charming restaurant. All nine of our meals (including the Sunday roast, fish/chips, curry dishes) were flavourful and served hot. The service was super friendly and attentive. Best of all, felt great to support a local business!
We had brunch and we both enjoyed our food. Good vegetarian options and great service.

We visited Kitchen on Sixth for a holiday celebration dinner with a group longtime friends and had a great experience. The service was attentive and genuinely warm, the food was on par with much more expensive restaurants, and, importantly, everything arrived hot and at a comfortable pace. Having recently hosted a similar group holiday dinner at a far pricier restaurant, the contrast was striking. Kitchen on Sixth delivered better service and a more relaxed, enjoyable evening at roughly half the cost. We'll absolutely be back.
This is one of those places that you are reticent about doing a review for, not because it wasn't great but because it will out a little hidden gem and make it much busier! It's a great little space with a nice local vibe, the food is great and our server was friendly and fun. I'd say it would be great for everything from a date to an office or family gathering. It gets a much more “grown up “ feel as the evening progressives and its bar is a great place to grab a drink and dinner if on your own or a couple.
