Kung Fu Tea on Lake Shore

This would be a 1 star if my experience with other servers weren’t satisfying. I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this server, she claims her name is Amy. Anyways, first time she made my slush drink very loose like water… All I asked for was less ice so it’s not so thick and I can drink it right away. I’ve requested this same thing on other occasions with different servers, they seem to get it right. This second time I went and I was already disappointed just seeing her there, but I wanted to give her a second try. I made it very clear how I wanted the drinks, to limit any mistakes (I ordered 2 for me and my partner). I tried hers, I said it was good, i tried mines and noticed she only adjusted one drink, after I clearly requested them to be made the same. I said she got the first drink right but the second one is wrong. Instead of remaking it, she took out some of the slush, adds milk and blends it… I start getting pissed cause I know this drink won’t be the same as my girls, but because I was in a hurry, I gave it a try to see if I could “deal with it” (which I shouldn’t have to). It was watered down and bad consistency. So I asked for a refund on the one drink so I could hurry back home, this lady REFUSED! This is crazy, why are you refusing to give me back my own money off your mistake? She forces me to give back both drinks to remake them.. instead of remaking them right away, she works on another customers order instead… lol this is so upsetting I’m laughing and pissed off writing, remembering this jackass behaviour. I don’t even want to finish this.. Amy is not knowledgeable on the products either, and that’s another story in itself. Get this lady off payroll for the love of Kung-Fu!

I was in the mood for bobba and got some at 10pm. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that there was a single hair inside the drink. It was unfortunate as the drink itself was very yummy. I had to throw away my drink ☹️ Not sure if I’ll come back again.

I went tonight, the cashier was friendly and helped me decide on my order. Fair prices, lots of choices for drinks!

I’ve been coming here for the past few months and this location is my favourite. All the people who work here are friendly and the sweetest. It’s a small yet cozy place to sit and drink while catching up with your old friend.

I came into the lakeshore location today for the summer special 2 for $9.99, and the customer service was poor and the cashier was rude and got frustrated because she did not know how to operate the system for the special order. She proceeded to write down my order on a piece of paper and forgot to ask for my preferred icing sugar and ice until I mentioned it to her. Needless to say I will not be returning

This bubble tea shop has become my favorite hangout spot. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. The drinks are consistently delicious. I recommend the strawberry milk tea with boba. So good!

The Pearl Earl Grey Latte stands out with its rich, aromatic tea base and perfectly chewy pearls, offering a delightful balance of flavors. I love Kungfu Tea, but I think this branch is disappointing.

Everytime I order via doorDash or uberEats from this particular Kungfu Tea, I had always found my order to be bland (even though I ordered with 70% honey). I love Milk Tea especially Jin Xuan Oolong from Kungfu tea (I often order from Kungfu tea at Ceremonial Drive Mississauga and it's amazing.)

My order today tastes like water down milk with slight tea flavor. It seems like they didn't steep it properly or rushing.

This is not my first time getting a bland milk tea from this branch, so I really hope for improvement in the future. Owner, please kindly take a look into this. I would love to order more since it's the closest from home but I don't want to spend $10 (via delivery) just for water down milk with topping.
