Came to the store at 10:28pm and we got told that she couldn’t make our order because they “turned off the oven” this location closes at 11pm. Drove 15mins for no reason, the sign is still on as well.

What is with this place? I can't order online or even call to order. I just get voicemail over and over. Website can't accept any sort of payment. Screen just freezes on my. Tried different phones and still get the same result.
Ended up ordering from Papa John's
Gagandeep was very friendly and made us pizza even though it was seconds before closing, great service 10/10.

Not a long wait for a pizza order. Crazy bread deal was my fave. Gotta go extra with the marinara sauce and cheese sauce.

Don’t leave the girl to work alone there. She took double the time she said she would to to my order and the cheesy bread I ordered came out DRENCHED in butter. I wanted to vomit 🤮

Horrible costumer service and atmosphere.
This location was “temporarily” closed on $5 pizza day due to technical problems. Seemed fishy to me

Store has no technical problems every day of the year, but has it on Customer Appreciation Day when you have to give away pizzas cheaply? Surely you’ll make up for it the next day you’re open, right?
I hope so “ :) “

Ordered a medium pepperoni and Crazy Combo on August 25 around 10 p.m. When I walked in, the door was already propped open, so it didn’t make a sound. The employee didn’t notice me — she was talking on the phone. I waited for her to maybe look around, but no, I had to jingle my keys to get her attention.
Service aside, the real issue was the food. When I got home and checked my pizza, I was frustrated. It looked and tasted like an overcooked frozen pizza. Even I could make one ten times better. I’ve had problems here before, but never this bad.
The breadsticks were good this time, but usually they’re either stale or soaked in so much grease that the texture turns into a sponge. It feels completely random, and it’s rare to ever get both good breadsticks and good pizza in the same visit — and it shouldn’t be that way.
Some employees clearly don’t know how to bake consistently, and that needs to change. Whenever the manager is around, the food turns out great — she’s a sweetheart and always makes it right. But lately, my orders have been a disappointment. I truly hope these issues are addressed ASAP.
