Honestly, been coming to Lone Star for years. Season vet as you would say for being a sizzle member. Today was the best service I think I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Once we ordered our food, our drinks and chips came immediately and our main food came within 5 minutes. Atmosphere was great and the food and service were 20/10. Great time out and enjoyed every minute.
Right from the start we had a beautiful polite hostess named Dallas. Her knowledge of the menu was amazing. Our server Trapper trapped us with his charm and wonderful service. I reccomend this restaurant to anyone.
food was outstanding. service not so much. I've been going to various lone Stars since the late 80s. the original restaurant in Ottawa catered my wedding in 1991. service today was probably the most disappointing ever. and I've been to locations in ottawa, kingston, pickering, brampton, mississauga, Etobicoke and probably a few that I can't remember. the server did not want to take both appetizers and drink orders at the same time. she took the drinks, for four...
