Cutting corners. Given a charred overcooked COLD burger. why? they precooked it and simply warmed it up and rushed it out. Nothing worse than a reheated patty burnt on the outside dry as cardboard on the inside. Used to like this place but now lost me forever. Shame on you for serving shitty food, won't last long if you keep doing this

This place used to be top notch but now it stinks. You're $26 after smoke for a 6 ounce cheeseburger burger and a poutine. The cardboard container they serve the poutine in is as small as it gets, and you get about 10 fries in the poutine. The pickles used to be thick cut quality dills and they cheaped out and are now serving low grade tiny thin sandwich pickles. They changed the buns which also now suck, they changed the lettuce from romaine to low quality shredded iceberg and don't even get me started on the guacamole. This place is appalling for $26.

Burger was only warm not hot even though it just came off the grill(?). Service was terrible - no one smiles; Slapped the burger on the counter; No eye contact. Decore is appalling: old, and damaged melamine but the worst is the caked on dusty dirt all over the childish old stuffed animals.
