This place used to be the best place in Toronto to buy pastizzi. Now, it's 23.50 to get a dozen cooked and it's mostly dough. Hardly any grease. Let's face the fact that pastizzi will never be as it was before. In Canada at least. It was a sad day.
Malta Finest Bakery Is not just about the quality, flaky light pastry and the nice soft delicious cheese inside, but it’s also the size is bigger than the other so-called Maltese bakeries!! Everyone in my family asks me to buy dozens and we order ahead because we love them fresh, even though they are provide frozen.
I love the atmosphere here. It’s like a little Maltese Club. Friendly customers and wonderful service. The pastizzi are the best I have had - next to my Mom’s of course :-)Thank you!
