I recently visited this place, the food was excellent, and the staff were courteous and professional. However, the manager, Mr. Ali Abbas, behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. When we requested to adjust the AC, he responded in a mocking manner, and during payment, he insisted on taking my card in a disrespectful tone, even suggesting it could be fake. One of the finest hi tea's in lahore. everything is worth eating and feels like everything is prepared with detail, not just to add no of items in dishes. ambiance and service was also very impressive in comparison to others.
this was the third time trying hi tea there over years. and all three experiences have been amazing. surpassing big names like arcadian.
Today i visited on Hi Tea DHA Lahore branch along with family.I am really disappointed with their attitude they charged full price Hi Tea for my 7 Year Child which is quite unethical behaviour as all restaurants usually charge Half 50 % but the manager gave me lame excuse "Apko Kya Fark Parta Hai,Hamare company ijazat nahi dete half ka etc etc"
So be aware before going to this place as they are Looting people badly...
