Of the Mandarin locations I've been too, I do prefer this one. My only down side is 2 of my visits, they weren't great when it comes to the staff are; 1 time the hostess would not listen to my family about the table being unstable once seated. It was to the point where if food were on the table, it would land on our laps. The hostess was very rude and dismissive with my parents so I got extremely upset with her. Another time, one of the waiter swayed her arms upward and I didn't think anyone in this kind of resturant would do that, my clothes were covered in food I was trying to bring to the table. She never apologized and just left me dirty. It was such a joke. In terms of other customers, there are people who come in with kids and literally try the food before actually putting food on their plate, like a taste test. It's very disgusting. Especially when it's their kids using their hands to touch and each the food. I'm being generous giving 4 stars as most times I've been here, there hasn't been bad things that happen. I recommend they have more staff on the floor, who are competent, to make sure people aren't taste testing.
The service here is exceptional! One of best mandarins I’ve been to. It’s so clean and the staff is very professional and helpful. If you’re thinking of going here you won’t regret it. Shout out to Chris and Anmol!

Just call to order the dinner for 6. Wanted some changes ( 3 changes) they said no. I said I will pay extra they said no cannot do more than one change. I really didn’t mind paying extra to get what I wanted and the lady said new management sorry. Well sorry for you guys cause no more mandarin here! That is the St. Catharines location.
