Tried the fried chicken, oxtail and the curry chicken all were delicious..very flavorful!! Reminded me of home cooking. You can tell it's made with care and love. The owner is very sweet and kind Aswell. Truly a hidden gem in Etobicoke. God bless the owners, staff and the building.
Had a wonderful experience at Mangoes Restaurant on lakeshore! Friday is cow foot soup day! The soup is savoury and full off nice well cooked cow foot and ingredients from the Caribbean. Daily specials for lunch is always available and this Christmas Sorrel is available and rum cake ! The smell when you walk in sad “welcome home” the owners are very nice and friendly and welcoming. I got curried goat on rice & peas and it is always very good but this is the second time I found hair in my food so they need to be more careful around their cooking area w hairnets etc.
