I've been coming here for years but in recent months something has changed. I always eat in when I come here , when I order I always specify that I want it for here but when I pick up my order it's always in a take out bag. When I tell them it's for here they always say oh it's my bad. And then they put the bag on top of a tray which makes me more mad. I don't want to take my food out of a bag if I'm eating in. I spoke to an employee and asked how do I get my order on a tray and they said that I should specify table service which I thought was ridiculous because you never had to say that in the past, so the next time I came in I ordered through a kiosk and ordered table service, yet again they call my number and it's in a bag, this really angers me as nobody is paying attention. This is probably so their job is easier at the end of the day, so they don't have to clean trays up, just put everything in a bag and out in the garbage. That feeling of bringing your order on a tray and watching my kids eyes open up with excitement is all gone now, thanks to the staff here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the behavior of a supervisor Isha pandey . Her attitude toward staff was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I also witnessed behavior that felt discriminatory and racially biased, which is completely unacceptable in any workplace. No employee or customer should be treated differently because of their background. McDonald’s promotes values of respect and inclusion, but this supervisor’s behavior does not reflect those values at all. Management seriously needs to address this issue and provide proper training to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

This location needs to be checked by headquarters. The customer service is terrible and the food doesn’t even taste like McDonald’s. I had a McDouble combo and the meat didn’t taste cooked nor did the fries didn’t even come close to McDonald’s taste.

The worst MacDonalds! They keep everything behind the counter under lock and key. No ketchup, napkins, not even drink refill. Inside there is a tiny hidden counter if you want to talk to a real person. Bathrooms are always locked, they basically dont want you in their store.

I ordered over 20mins in advance and still had to wait 5minutes while noone was in line. Very slow, didn't even check if they got it right yet as I was in a rush, but I'm mad that it took so long anyways so I don't care if I'm late at this point. Fast food ain't fast anymore folks, it's not just this restaurant chain, nor this location alone.
