Took a receipt from the kiosk to “pay at counter” when i gave it to the cashier she was confused about the receipt and got the manager who started yelling with spit coming out of his mouth calling me a “scammer”. I assume he thought i was doing a receipt scam whilst i was just trying to pay for my food that i had already ordered on the kiosk. When giving me my food he said “not to try this again” me unaware of what hes even talking about. This “manager” was acting a fool for no reason and should remember he works at mcdonalds not NASA😂

Ordered large fries got home it was half empty, I paid for large but got maybe less than a medium worth.

Food can be hit or miss here. Today I got a breakfast sandwich that literally looked like someone just tossed the ingredients at the wrapper from across the room and my wife's had a stake burnt english muffin, It's not that hard to take a little pride in what you're doing, but I could live with that....
HOWEVER, I can't live with pulling a long black hair out of my sandwich 3/4 of the way through. I'm disgusted....
I understand stuff happens but based on how sloppily everything was made and the hair I have real concerns about the hygiene and food safety at this place.

I came in especially for the fries and was very disappointed. They were half-raw, tasted wrong, and were definitely not McDonald’s fries. When I informed the manager, she said “it’s okay” and looked away without addressing the issue at all.

The real issue is the homeless group that camps in the place, it’s a zombie apocalypse and unfortunately unsafe & unusable for the regular public. Until that issue gets fixed, just use it as a takeout place.
Shahodat gave me the order, with a smile, I was missing the large fries, she instantly made it right and gave me them, such a great attitude and great customer service and the location was very well ran.

Very busy location, a bit messy and not the cleanest men's bathrooms. The service when ordering food is top tier. The Manager who served me today was excellent and super respectful.
