Expensive for the amount of food—usual for McDonald's. The chicken nuggets are small, but I love the sweet and sour sauce

Convenient location in the centre of south Etobicoke. Consistent food quality and friendly staff.

I saw food was mishandled without gloves and talking on food while preparing & rude manager on duty. I can upload a receipt if you like

Food was a bit Cold but okay, there were a lot of people, too loud, kids screaming. I wouldn’t go dinner time as they prioritize uber/doordash orders over dine in customers which absolutely weird to me.

Trash.
Short staff, waited 10 mins at 6am for our basic order. They were completely unorganized, and made us late because we didn't anticipate a 10 mins delay!!! Yo pick up 2 coffees and 2 happy meals.

Get your act together!

3 times through the drive through ordered a meal with my sister and missed the medium fries in both meals twice and didn’t give us straws for drinks.

The drinks in this restaurant are so bad. If you want cola, they give you something that is a mixture of cola and ice tea. If you want ice tea, this time they mix sprite and cola and give you something. It must be the worst Mc Donalds in the world.

They forget everything in your orders (the sauces and straws), and hand out their McFlurrys completely melted without a refund.

If you ever want ice cream in the later evening, approximately 11pm onwards, go elsewhere. First of all you will wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes with only 2 to 3 cars ahead of you. If that isn't already annoying, when you go to order and ask for ice cream, you are told that the machine is broken. That is a lie. Went to this location on Friday and was told the machine was broken. I have experienced this before and reported it to head office once already. So I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to the manager. A woman with a bad attitude comes to the window and says, "what do you want"? I asked if she was the manager (as she lacked professionalism). "Yes. What is your problem". Talk about stunned. I said, why is it everytime I try to order ice cream, the machine is apparently broken? You should be posting a sign ice cream machine broken
at the beginning of the drive thru. Gas isn't cheap, you know. How can your ice cream machine be broken all the time? Why aren't you getting it fixed? It sounds like it is being cleaned, rather than broken". She just gave me a nasty look and then admitted that the machine was being cleaned. No apologies. Just a nasty glare and bad attitude. So they tell their employees to tell customers that the machine is broken, to prevent being put on the spot or speaking to customers.
The previous owners of this location used to be decent. The new ones are terrible. If you walk in for orders the staff are only concentrating on the drive thru, so you wait for what seems like forever.
This location has gone downhill over the past little while.
Don't waste your time. They aren't even grateful when you purchase something. "Thank you" is somethings you will never hear them say.
