I wish I could put a negative star. All my food felt as if it came out of the fridge. My fries were unhealthly over salted and undercooked. In the kitchen the whole ground was covered in food, definitely would not pass food safety. We should be able to sue for this. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t.

I refuse to come to this location anymore. Even though it's the most convenient, I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes in another direction for something else. The soda is ALWAYS flat. Every single time. The lettuce is always brown, buns and bagels are hard enough you could use it for batting practice. Waiting for 15 mins to get into the drive thru only to be served cold, stale and flat food/drink? Not anymore.

I stood outside in the cold for more than 10 minutes right in front of the delivery driver's car, waiting for him to figure out which order was mine. I got very cold and couldn't feel my fingers because I was holding my phone to call customer service. When I received my order, the food was cold. I am very upset.

Paid on self serve kiosk and order didn’t register but my credit card was charged. Never got my food.
Staff informed me this is normal they are always broken and wait around it may get made.

Although it’s my responsibility to arrive at work on time, allotting 20 minutes of time for a single coffee order in the drive thru at this McDonald’s should, by all accounts, be more than enough time. It wasn’t today, and I’m pretty unhappy about it.
It shouldn’t take that long no matter what time of day it is, to get through a drive thru, but this McDonald’s location has probably one of the slowest in the area. I go daily, and I’ve seen no noticeable improvement on speed.
The morning crew at this location (specifically 6-8am) needs to pick it up a bit. They don’t multitask well, they mix up orders, and they seem to get flustered quickly if there’s any sort of line.
And before anyone thinks “well it was probably a lot of people in line”, no, it was 5. 5 cars ahead of me. 22 minute wait. And it was enough time to write this review, and be late for work. Maybe I should just make coffee at home, sleep in a bit longer, and skip this part of my day.
