I have been to this location multiple times for my iced coffee and when my friends used to work here.
However, tonight’s experience has definitely left a sour taste to it. One of the workers there that his name, Jerry, should not be working in a fast food restaurant if he does not know what customer service is.
I understand that the dining area is only open till certain time, however, there’s a nicer way to tell people to leave. Jerry had looked at us and said to us “what are we waiting for? Christmas?” And then continue to hit the chairs with the mop and slamming them.
We had spoke to the night shift manager, however, this situation needs to be resolved as soon as possible as we were told Jerry has multiple complaints. This man is definitely not suitable if he does not know what customer service is and watch what he says to people.

Seriously the worse customer service I have ever experience with my family ever!! We understand fine in closes at a certain point but there is a way to say or go about it. The two ladies working the front/drive thru were just fine and explained nicely.. however, the employee tonight by the name of Jerry working maintenance was just a ticking time bomb. Mopping aggressively, hitting the mop enough to show his annoyance.. it was clear. Shortly after our arrival, our brother came into which Jerry said “Lobby closed” in a rude tone. To which our brother responded with, “So you want us to leave?” Then getting a lovely response from Jerry, “What are you waiting for, Christmas?” Seriously McDonald’s, where do you get these people to hire??? Only to find out from the other workers too that lots of people complain about him. What a dump!

Very clean! Love the renovations… service can be slow during rush hours but I’ve still given 5 stars as it’s not anything that wouldn’t be expected elsewhere.

I ordered Large Vanilla Shake on Sunday 8th December at 1:24 pm and payed using my debit card. I had to wait almost 20 minutes, to get response from their side, saying that the machine isn't working. If you don't have something, why would you have it on menu. Irresponsible staff members, this is the worst experience i have had in my life.

Idk what happened to this place after the renovation but everything sucks now. I’ve been 3 times since and everytime the fries were undercooked, coke was watered down or they didn’t have any, and burger was cold.

I never write reviews but I won’t be going to McDonald’s anymore I guess

Service was excellent and fast till I got home and opened up my McChicken sandwich and came with no bottom bun and barely and lettuce and sauce on it. Disapointed and disgusted how you can serve a customer like that. And not waitimg my time to go all the way back just for a bottom bun not worth the drive.

Never go to this Mcdonald because they are thieves and will steal your money if you are not careful. Jason, the operation manager, wanted us to pay twice for the same order eventhough I showed him on my bank app that the charge went through on my credit card. He wanted me to pay again because his machine did not issue a receipt even with proof. When I refused he started yelling saying "get out of my store we will not give your anything". Last I checked Mcdonald was a franchise and Jason doesn't own it. How dare he insult people eventhough he was in the wrong.
