After waiting longer than usual due to their system being down, I received an incomplete order; one of the burgers was missing. When I pointed this out and explained that the food had gone cold, the staff member was rude and dismissive, only handing me the missing item. When I said this was not acceptable, she aggressively took the bags from my hands.
I had to wait all over again, received no apology, the cola was flat, and the food was greasy and carelessly prepared. Completely unprofessional service. I will never order from McDonald’s again.

My hot chocolate was missing the chocolate.. it was like a latte. I also suggest they have a veggies sauce for the veggie burger without mayo. Even worse the still carried breakfast items and my bagel was removed from my order ar 11 am.
