I recently went to this macdonald location at 25 carrier around 12:30 am on 24th December .I ordered 2 regular poutine. In one poutine i asked for extra gravy and extra cheese curds and the girl who was taking my order said okay. Then i also asked her to add a ranch sauce on top of it and she replied that they don’t serve that anymore. What does it mean that they don’t serve ranch sauce??? Then i went to window and asked same thing and that girl said they can’t add ranch on it. Bro,, i am paying for it and asking a extra thing just like gravy and cheese curds. What is the problem in adding ranch as well. I did not ask anything that was seasonal or not available that she can’t provide. It was just a stripe of ranch sauce on it. This is not good customer service. They need more training that how to serve customer. I was willing to pay for it still she said she can’t add. They only do what looks easy for them. Not good service at all by that girl at counter. Just provide good training otherwise food was good.

I came in the drive way to get my order and I was having employee discount so the manager told us that it's not allowed to give discount in driver way so I asked him should I come inside, but he was like lobby is closed (Then how should I get my discount..?)

Night staff is very unprofessional. Saw this girl Nupar working in night shift. She basically ignores delivery courier standing there. Have zero professionalism and doesn’t how to talk. Please teach her some manners.

Hey all. Just wanted to share my experience at this McDonald’s on Hwy 27 and Carrier drive. Ive been here many times before and after work. Every time I go to the mcdonalds drive thru, they always say they’re still waiting on something from my order and tell me to go wait at the front. Now I’m sure a lot of you know why they send people to the front if something is not ready. But for those who do not know, it’s so they can meet a quota on how many vehicles served per minute. Now I understand that it keeps a certain tempo within the workplace but it’s even more frustrating when we have to wait at the reserved parking spot for when they bring the food to your car personally and it takes 5 hours to do so. If they did their job correctly instead of finessing/ rigging the system, I think customers would be a lot more happy. Stop rigging the system to get better numbers and less happy customers.

During the recent visit at this location, I have mixed reviews about it. The store was Nice and Clean and the environment was quite good. Other than that the food was above average but not great, The coffee that i got was not freshly brewed but the fries were fresh and crispy. On the other side, there was no one at the counter, So i had to place the order on the self Kiosk. After waiting for roughly 7-10 mins I received my order. I feel this store is heavy dependent on the drive thru and mostly all the employees were busy with that. So there was no one to consider the store front order. Staff is nice and friendly. But once again you cannot leave the store front unattended.
