First time getting McDonald’s in like a year. Order got punched in wrong (asked for Habanero and they gave me McCrispy) but that’s also on me for not checking the receipt. Then after a while - TEN minutes, they called my number and it disappeared from the screen, just to tell me it’ll be another 10 minutes. And then, when it was made, they didn’t even call the number to tell me that it’s made. So I waited 25 minutes for a burger

I visited the McDonald’s at Sherway Gardens to grab a Happy Meal for my kid, expecting a cheerful experience. Unfortunately, the teller seemed upset or frustrated, and their attitude made the interaction anything but pleasant. My child picked up on the negativity, and it completely ruined what should have been a simple, enjoyable outing. If you’re in customer service, at least try to smile or show some courtesy; it goes a long way, especially when serving families with young kids. Disappointing visit.

Avoid this place at all costs! Employes are super disrespectful and give really bad attitude they do not care at all about customer service, especially that one lady that has all the charms on her hat. Not to mention she makes employees from other McDonald's locations feel like you are in a integration when you try to present them with your platinum card.

I think I was rude to staff, but management didn’t handle the situation well. You can’t say “the money ? will be refunded into your account in a few days”She gave me a free burger ? but I’m pretty sure they put something in it.I’ve worked at a bank. It just leaves an irritated ? customer 2-3 days later.

No self serve drink machine or ketchup, if you need napkins you have to ask someone which is a hassle. Manager was a bit snarky there. Average McDs food but terrible atmosphere.
