Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. You always get parked no matter what you order. Waiting upwards of 20minutes every time in the drive through. If you’re in a rush certainly don’t stop here. If I could 0 star this restaurant I would.

Waited at least 30 minutes at the counter just to buy two gift cards. Staff repeatedly ignored in-store customers to pack Skip/Uber orders. The cashier even paused during my transaction to pack another delivery bag. If you visit this location, expect to be treated like a second-class citizen while they prioritize delivery apps. Management needs to fix their staffing priorities.

Very poor customer service, don’t even look if someone is standing infront of the counter. Indian students mostly working in that place . Waiting for almost 10 mins no one came to ask what I need . They are just passing by
I am an employee at some other Mcdonald’s store and when I was going to show my employee discount the app was having some server issue and was not loading but the manger over here namanpreet didn’t saw my code and she gave me the employee discount and gave a really great customer service.

I ordered a McChicken at this location and was honestly disappointed. The sandwich was very poorly made – barely any sauce, dry lettuce, and it looked like it was thrown together in a rush. I’ve attached photos.
Please train your staff to maintain basic quality – this is not acceptable even for fast food.

It's absolutely ridiculous! Claiming that Happy Meal toys can only be purchased thru a happy meal and not separately. Clearly, this Franchisee owner is scaming McDonald's customers as the McDonald's website clearly states Grinch toys are available separately. Staff lieing thru their teeth trying to justify this BS and arguing when I don't buy their BS.
Clearly, the Grinch operates these locations and I won't be back to them.

Burger was not fresh, fries not fresh then on the top drink is not even filled up properly!! When we asked for refill AJAY told us no refills as its store policy! I would suggest avoid this one! Worst experience!!
