Everything about this place was terrible....the staff are all rude and the place is absolutely filthy!

Had to wait almost 30mins just for my food and staff don't even wear gloves/hairnets while working. Also when I got my food I sat down and got up to fill my drink cup manager yelled at me saying I couldn't refill even though I haven't filled my cup yet. She insisted that she saw me when I literally didn't....

Such a terrible experience I just took my food and left.

Ordered this on July 06. 2025 and when sitting and eating the burger, some flies came around and one stuck on the burger which can be seen on the top. I had to throw my burger and did not have time to explain this on the spot since I was already getting late for an appointment.
The restaurant needs health and safety measures in order to serve healthy.

Losing it was incredibly stressful, but your honesty and quick action turned a difficult situation into a reminder that there are still truly kind and trustworthy people out there.

I'm only giving 5 stars to rutvi. My husband and I are fairly new parents, and sometimes we are able to catch up with grocery shopping at night. I know at times Walmart is finishing and cleaning up near closing time, but Rutvi tried her best to make sure we got what we wanted two nights in a row. Thank you, Rutvi, you have no idea.

Fire the cashier that was working at around 610pm today her attitude is absolutely disgusting I walked up to the register and the way she looked at me and spoke I was turned off immediately. If these employees don’t want to work DONT SCHEDULE THEM ! As somone who worked for McDonalds in the past I am blown away by her attitude as a cashier. Very unprofessional very rude very much does not want to be there. It will effect business I personally heard her speak and immediately was turned off.

Paid 56 $ for junk minecraft meal for me and 2 kids.
While we usually pay around 20$ at Zagros shawrma for a decent plate that serves all of us .
And the opacity to name their shady burger Big Mac , while the only big thing is your bill.
Place is a mess, clean your own table before you sit.
There is over-complicated screen for self-service that the human order line is way faster.
A big regret indeed

Sadly not a very good location. Cashier was condescending and not very kind, couldn’t really remember her name but it was something like Ashinandan, didn’t really wanna remember it anyway but I read her name tag. But my visit was on March 30, 2025, between 8:50pm - 9pm. I asked nicely if they have iced coffee and she went “what size?!” And the tone was very disrespectful and irate. For some reason I don’t know why. She couldn’t even say “oh yes we do, what would you like?” She wasn’t even busy. But the last thing I wanna do is ruin my night at McDonalds so I ignored it.

And when she handed the drink she didn’t even say a thing. And obviously didn’t say “thank you”. McDonald’s lids need straws, I asked nicely if I can get straw and she’s like it’s at the back! In my head I’m like what? But realized immediately that she meant it’s behind me at the condiments stand.

What are you guys doing to your employees? Why are they so irritated to their customers? I didn’t make a fuss about anything cuz I understand that it’s not easy to work at fast food like McDonald’s, in fact I was just quiet and pretended I wasn’t getting affected by her attitude. but idk I think your employees should also know that it’s not hard and does not cost money to be nice to people.
