I've had missing items on several orders from this location, ranging from missing condiments to missing drinks. Today, I ordered a McDouble meal, and when I got home, I found that they gave me everything except the McDouble

Pray the guy sweetest guy , he creates a funny environment, but dedicated though he took order, and served he was friendly, but he charged me for 80¢ for 2 sweet and sour sauce lol.

I was there Monday Aug 19. $15 for 1 quarter pounder, 1 double hamburger, and 1 hamburger. They gave me zero pickles, barely sauce in it, and all in dry cold buns... buns were not heated or grilled, zero!, just cold dry buns... It's not what I paid for!

Just ordered a cheeseburger and ice cream for my kid, the ice cream was so soft it fell right off the cone as soon as I grabbed it .. they didn't have the decency to give me a new one .. NEVER GOING THERE

As an "early bird" today (for a change), I went to this McDonald's and purchased their medium coffee and a muffin special costing $3.15, including tax. Very good deal! The coffee and the cranberry muffin (my choice) were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was so peaceful sitting there and enjoying this simple pleasure.
Over two years ago, my neighbour Henry Coates, who passed away, used to go to this McDonald's every day for breakfast. He sat at a booth and was joined by so many friends. They always had a good time. After Henry suddenly passed away, I had informed one of the owners of this franchise who was so sad. In fact, other staff members were sad at the loss of this really nice man who was also a cherished customer. It just goes to show you how much of a community setting this McDonald's restaurant is for the people who live in the Rexdale area and how the staff appreciate the customers, too. While I was enjoying my coffee and muffin today, I was thinking about how Henry is missed but also that the staff members are still really nice to the customers.
Of course, I will return to this neighbourhood McDonald's over and over again! Today was just one example of how nice it is to go there.

Frank L. I go to McDonalds often,I buy coffee an also I buy meal. I'm happy with the meal and also the coffee wichI think is a good coffee that McDonald's serves. Regarding the customer service,I can nit saying the same,almost everybody always look tired and there is no smile on their face. Among the employee they work there I find one new Indian girl I think her name is Joti,she is very kind with everybody and also I notice that she is is a hard working person. Definitely she knows how to give a really good customer service and always be with a big smile!
There are two indian cashier and associate (one guy with glasses and the lady cashier who apparently is a manager idk how) needs more training on how to communicate and be nice to customers. If you cant learn how to behave i suggest dont work in such places. Its not rocket science, its basic human manners. Everyone else is amazing.

The cashier (DRU) was so rude with us and even she yelled at us.... so disappointed and really hope the manager monitor and investigate since such rude behaviors are not acceptable and we expect a better customer service from this location.
