They have racist employee who was very rude and did racist comment when my wife asked about ingredients of happy meal, because my wife wanted to get ensured about halal ingredients. The employee asked rudely to know about halal. The way she asked that was rude and was not a question to know about halal food, it was just to humiliate the religion and customer. Manager of store should educate her employees how to behave with customers.

I recently visited the Albion Mall and had the opportunity to dine at both McDonald's and Tim Hortons. In my opinion, McDonald's provided a superior dining experience compared to Tim Hortons at this particular location. The service at McDonald's was efficient, and the food was served hot and fresh. On the other hand, my experience at Tim Hortons left much to be desired, with slower service and food that didn't meet my expectations. I would recommend choosing McDonald's over Tim Hortons when dining at this location.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s since I was a kid. Yesterday I went and the lady who first took my brothers order was very rude and had so much attitude towards him for absolutely no reason but that stopped once I started to add to the order.? he asked for bbq sauce and a sweet and sour. Alongside his order and then I decided to get 10 nuggets so in total I should’ve been charged and given 4 sauces. The cashier didn’t put in for his sauce and then added 2 barbecue sauces with my nuggets. Like miss girl I didn’t say barbecue I said sweet and sour it’s just sauce so it’s whatever. It’s the principle and the fact this girl was rude,… previously I’ve also had problems with the staff and the old manager, just being rude in general. Hence why I barely ever go to this location anymore.I’ll still be back but I will definitely not be ordering at the counter anymore. Y’all need to do better in customer service, I get it I work in customer service as well, but giving unwarranted Attitude and being rude is unacceptable. Do better
I got my big mac order with door dash and there was no meat on the burger. I called McDonald's and they said call door dash. Door dash didn't make the burger.

I ordered and they literally didn’t even listen to me and got my order wrong. Then she forgot my drink with the combo I ordered, she tried to say I didn’t order one. Are you serious!? Who orders a combo with no drink ? -_- Making everyone’s life harder by not paying attention to your customers. The staff should be replaced with people who actually listen.
