It was superbusy and therefore slowish service, however the food was pretty good. The price is exceptionally high, four guys, dinner and a few beers, $576.00 including tip. Ridiculous. The pub up the street,(Squire), where the food is just as good, $200, almost a third of the price. We will not return to Merlot any time in our lifetime.
Love coming to Merlot it’s always a special occasion.
TERRIBLE WAITRESS ALERT
My wife and I visited this "place" one time only in what must have been February 2014 for winterlicious (fixed price menu).
At the time my wife and I weren't married yet. We were boyfriend and girlfriend and we were living together nearby in Etobicoke.
Prepare yourself for this fiasco....like truly terrible and all around disturbing experience.
