Last time I orderd from website and store showed open on google but no one accept my order and money was deduct from my account after 6 hours someone accepted the order at that time and that time I did not need it even i was not thereI called and visited 4 times then they return my I money. It was $44.This time I ordered chips and fries only from websiteFirst of all they removed chips and replaced with fries instead of sending one thing and rest they refund my moneyThey change by themselve and secondly they charge chips money which is higher than fries for fries.Third they don’t send any ketchups or any sauceForth it was alot alot salt, it tastes bitter now again its wastage of money.I wish I can give you 0This is really worst service ever

Ordered a 3 piece with a biscuit. Waited 25 minutes for my food. Took it home and there was no biscuit and chicken was burned. It was like eating overcooked chicken wrapped in a triscuit cracker! Threw it out it was so bad!!!!!
I tried this place with my husband as it was rated 4/5. However, it was by far the worst chicken we’ve had. I ordered the chicken sandwich, the lettuce in it was rotten. I removed the lettuce and ate it as I didn’t feel like throwing it out. Wish I didn’t, the chicken was so oily that our stomach hurt the whole night. Avoid at all costs

Ordered the wings combo that includes fries and a drink. I chose non-breaded with dill sauce through their options in the Ubereats app. Received heavily breaded wings, I hate breaded wings and would never order them prepared that way. NO fries arrived with the order and they sent their regular house dipping sauce instead of the dill one I picked. Very unhappy! Not to mention that the wings themselves are salty, soggy and dripping with grease. I ate two and I cannot bring myself to eat any more so this order is just going to the trash.
