I had a cappuccino the other day and it was so bad that I had to throw it. The foam was so little and the milk was burn I could smell and feel it also coffee had a weird taste. My advise is you should improve your coffee and customer service. The place is beautiful though.

We drove four hours to try out different cafés in Toronto, and this was in our top three The lady working there today was so snotty so ignorant, and had the most disgusting attitude I ordered four drinks and every drink she was trying to lecture me on whether or not I needed an extra espresso shot and just to get a large and I explained to her I want an extra espresso shot in a medium cup because I like my drinks to be stronger Also, I asked her several times not to put a lot of ice in the lattes. She told me it’s going to melt and I explained to her that’s why I don’t want a lot of ice because I don’t want it watery After arguing with her I lost my appetite. We did not wanna get coffee from there so I told her what I thought about her attitude and I left . if she’s the owner, I don’t know how the hell they’re in business and if she’s not then maybe the owner should reevaluate her position there

Lovely service. I tried their espresso macchiato. They have really strong coffee and a beautiful set up. Their cafe atmosphere is dreamy and relaxing. very affordable and extensive menu. I'll be back for their marshmellow latte

The lady with some blonde hair had 0 customer service and seemed like she did not want to work , being kind is a no brainer If I wanted mid croissants and over priced coffee I’ll go to Starbucks next time They have a clue when it comes to treating customers with respect and kindness

I have been here a handful of times now and every time I come it’s great, one of my favourites in the neighbourhood! I am always greeted and served by a blonde girl, who is very kind and always showing great customer service! The ice cream is delicious and the coffees I have gotten are great. I will definitely be back again soon!

We were looking for a cozy European-style cafe that opened early, and this place was perfect. Open at 8 AM, quiet and peaceful — great for a calm morning. The pistachio cake was so fluffy and sweet, truly delicious. The latte was smooth and warm, just what we needed ☕️🍰
The inside is beautifully decorated. Not crowded at all, which made it easy to talk and enjoy the moment.
