Waited 2o mins to get a drink, then 25 mins later still no one came to take our order. We left. Server did however comp our drinks and apologized.

The food and service was awesome. I can say things have greatly improved from the recipe owned days. Much better experience and food was wonderful. Our server was one of the best I've had in a long time at any restaurant. Sadly I forget her name... But she was great! You need more of her!

Service was polite & simple. Would appreciate if the server paused while checking in on table opposed to a fly-by "everything good"? Food - disappointing. Steak was over cooked & smaller than posted while the chicken sandwich was way over-sauced.

We came to celebrate my new job at this Milestone location and were disappointed in the service we received from the waitress. We told her that what we ordered was dry for pasta it was the Black and Chicken Alfredo. We had not had anything to eat and were hungry, which is why we ate our food. She did not care that as a new customer, we were not satisfied. This type of poor service is not appreciated especially at Christmas time. This year, 2025, lots of people lost their jobs, and she is giving my friend and me poor customer service. This is unacceptable. What happened to the simple customer service? Are times this bad that employers are not vetting before hiring?

We went here for a date night just before christmas we treated ourselves cause we had a gift card. However the service wasn't the greatest and the food could of been better for the value of food we paid for.
Finally got to eat a good medium done burger in a chain restaurant.

The medium cooked 6oz steak was okay. Everything else was great! The accessible bathroom was conveniently located in the dining space. I did not mind walking down the long flight of stairs to the general population restrooms below. It felt like I was entering an amusement park! Bonus points for a great soundtrack. I walked away with a new song in my playlist.

We ordered pasta Chicken Alfredo that came to the table and was just warm... not hot. We all ordered pasta so I don't understand how they couldn't time the meals. The chicken was so thin... a small portion for the price of $27. The server never came back to check on our meal. When he did finally stop by ... we told him the situation and he only offered an apology. I would have expected a comp to be honest... or at least a dessert or cup of coffee on the house. I don't like to send food back to the kitchen. So I won't go back to this location.
