Very bad service improve the customer service

The food was very nice. But the dining area and the crowd was not the best

We placed an order with Mom2Go around 4:30 PM for pickup at 6:30 PM. However, when we arrived, the mall was already closed and the Mom2Go outlet was not open. When we tried to contact them, we were told that although they had seen the order, there was an issue with the website.

I understand that New Year’s Eve hours may differ, but since the order was placed well in advance—not just 10–15 minutes before pickup—it would have been reasonable to inform us earlier or ask us to come at a different time. Instead, after we had already reached the location, we were asked to cancel the order ourselves.

This experience was very disappointing.

The Momos were not authentic and same as other branches. The taste was bad. I was excited to visit this location but disappointed. Ordered 2 items both of them were not good.

I told her i only have 15 minutes. Best customer service, she got my momos ready under 8 mins. Girl was polite and nice. Keep it up girl! Thank you again.

Closes before the closing time
Reached at 8:40pm and our order was not taken inspite of the closing time being 9:00pm
The orders are not taken beyond 8:30 is what we were told, then what's the point of mentioning that it closes at 9?

I ordered fried momos from Uber and I spent $28. I had a worst experience of eating momos. The momos were so soggy and was not easy to chew. Though I liked the sauce given by side but the momos were very disappointed. I wasted my money. I wish somehow I get my money back. Never ever gonna order anything from here.

It's good momo but waited 20min for it to be ready. It's a fast food place so don't expect to get resturant quality service. It's a food court so it's suppose to be a quick bite

I just ordered a creamy soya chaap and i dont know what they gave me. It doesn’t look like chaap from any side. Its like fritters in creamy gravy. Totally waste of money, there team members don’t know how to serve a guest no thank you no smile nothing…..

Bestest momos in Canada

First time having momos outside a freezer aisle of grocery store and man these were incredible. I got the momo chat 100% recommend

I ordered veg steamed momos yesterday and i had a worst experience with them. My stomach hurts so badly since morning . I haven’t had anything else after momos . This is the first time I got FOOD POISIONING in 5 years. I will never go to this place and definitely report this to the health department.
I highly recommend you NOT TO GO THERE.
Waste of time and money.

The worst site for momo. Additionally, the staff members here are extremely nasty and conceited they don’t have any sort of conversational manners. I requested that my food be changed because I had done so previously, but they are now stating that we are unable to alter the final result. In Delhi masala momo, I also got a plastic so be careful while you order.
