I’ve been a loyal Mr. Puff customer for over a year now, and at this point I think they should give me a loyalty badge 😄 The service at this store is always top-notch, the vibes are great, and the puffs never disappoint. Special shout-out to Meenal she’s the real MVP here. Super friendly, always smiling, and somehow makes the puffs taste even better! Placed order via Uber Eats and there was no progress on order for 30 minutes. When I called the restaurant I was told it was very busy and 20 minutes later there was still no progress on order.

Disappointing service. I came in 5 minutes before closing hoping to take a surprise for the family. They turned me away saying they are out of puffs.
Store should be logistically prepare to serve customers even if they come in 1 minute before closing despite the situation or occasion.

Mr. Puffs never misses. The puffs were fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. Toppings were generous and everything tasted high quality. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even when it was busy. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something sweet. Would 100% recommend.
Very bad customer service. The girl in the cashier is talking in the phone and moving very slowly. She doesn't even care about customer are waiting. The management should not allow the staff to use their phone when they are working. Very unprofessional.

Ordered some Mr Puffs today, first the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house (not Mr Puffs problem), second, the "puffs" were extremely crunchy and hard and not very enjoyable. definitely not going there again.
