First time visiting this location It should always be freshly made They kept the old ones Before getting the puffs asked if it’s fresh they said yes Although it was cold & told them to remake it Took out another box which was also old This should be fresh every time Took another 30 minutes to make fresh puffs Reason for 3 stars Hopefully they take it more seriously next time

Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for a sundae & the Indian girl literally gave me dipped ice cream in a cup. When I asked how come I didn’t get it like a sundae she literally told me it came like that . no toppings whatever . Stop hiring these incompetent fresh of the boat & hire people who actually know what they are doing.

I visited the Vaughan location for the first time and would strongly suggest skipping the drinks—unless you’re into swamp water. I returned mine, and the staff member added more "flavour," but it was still a watered-down, sour mess. When I mentioned again how unpleasant it was, he simply shrugged and said, “That’s how they’re made.” Definitely not impressed with the customer service at this location.

We went there on grand opening day. My husband ordered a small ice cream Sunday and a ice cream cone with sprinkles this cost $10.50. What an outrageous price for just two items. I would have rather went to Costco at least I would have had a treat too. The small Sunday we thought was going to have real strawberries on it but they put the tiniest bit of strawberry sauce on a very tiny bit of ice cream. Don't waste your money here.

I recently visited Mr. Puff Dessert Shop, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of desserts on offer is impressive, ranging from classic puffs with rich fillings to innovative creations. It was heavenly—crispy on the outside, with a perfectly smooth and indulgent chocolate filling inside. The flavors are well-balanced, and you can tell that only high-quality ingredients are used.
Recommended dishes: Hazelnut and Bueno, Almond Drink

For the puffs we got the creamy caramel and cappuccino crisp ones. For drinks we got the Nescafé milkshake and espresso milkshake. The drinks were good and had medium sweetness level, but the puffs were the best! The worker there was very friendly and fast as well.
