So anyone looking to go to this Mr. Sub, the people in this location serving you food will not be giving you anything to carry it in.The woman who served me today was down right rude and surely I will never go back to buy food here.There salads are all the same, garden, Caesar, there is no difference.The lady not only did she forget to give me my utensils but she had the guts to tell me that they will no longer be issuing bags.This statement is fine by me but it’s funny how she did not tell the customer who was ahead of me, but me. I found her rude and therefore I will no longer eat here again.??

First I would like to say that we always been to this location due to the amazing consistency in the quality and freshness of their subs sadly Tonite Dec 8 the at 6:29pm our experience with the manager lack of empathy and seemed that I disturbed her when I called to asked after we picked up our web order if they have new employees making the subs because the quality we received was not the same, my sub had tomatoes on it which I did not ordered and the vegetable were cut much thicker. Two of the three subs were not the same usual excellent quality. Her answer, was non caring and non apologetic..no all of our staff are properly trained.. did not even care to try to make it right for a customer that has been going there for years..time to find a different location ...they must have changed franchisee as this is not what we used to received in terms of friendlyness and quality. Sadly if this manager answers like this this location won't last.

I went in because my 2-year-old needed to use the bathroom. The restroom was very clean, as was the restaurant. I have not tried Mr. Sub in a while so I gave it a try. I forgot how good it was. The staff at this location were extremely friendly. I will be sure to go back.

I don’t understand why you would drown a sandwich with sauce when its an uber order. Common sense would be to go light on the sauce to avoid sogginess once it’s delivered. On top of that my bread wasn’t cut evenly so the sandwich is just falling apart. I’m so mad I wasted my money on this nonsense.
I have to say, this is the best Mr Sub around.I feel great about eating here because the employees are practicing safe food handling and hygiene.The ladies that served me today were polite, efficient and friendly, something rare in fast food these days.I hope the owner realizes what a gem these employees are.The quality of toppings were great, and fresh.Thanks Mr Sub… I will be back.

Had the best breaded chicken sub here today for lunch! This is why I still love Mr.Sub & my go to submarine place. Wish I bought 2, reminded me of the first time I tried a breaded chicken sub so many years back! Will be back soon, keep the bread warm for me!

Love the food but hating seeing employees talk on their phone (speaker) while customers are in the store. I make this complaint at every place I go to where employees do that. Other than that. Always a good experience
