This is definitely the worst location. Oct 4th around 3:45 pm both female workers very rude we’re arguing with me over a kids sub, and refused the order for my child. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and horrible customer service or lack of! I do NOT recommend this location. This location does not deserve any stars, but should take a course in customer service and respect.

I think EVERY location of any franchise should be required to participate in rewards programs if corporate/ management rolls it out. Alot of the time ppl only go because of rewards
But the ladies were very pleasant and kind :)
Sandwich was pretty messy (evrything just fell out, but still yummy lol) and under- toasted BUT the ladies were very lovely so 10/10 for them

Place look almost abandoned… but then again, it’s all location… You guys need to upgrade your brand… tried the meatballs sub… was almost like eating dog food, I’ve never tried dog food but the one I give my dog smell better… never again… But the service lady was super nice and friendly…

Mr. Sub Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a great experience at Mr. Sub! The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining environment. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and very well assembled—everything looked and tasted great. The service was also excellent—professional, polite, and efficient. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is a very nice location because the employees do such a good job. They’re re very careful with how they prepare each sandwich and are always efficient. They are not necessarily outgoing and bubbly, but they are polite and respectful. Good people.
The ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches are always well-made. Street parking is quite easy also.
I tried the sub toasted recently and it was very good.

I went in expecting my free birthday sub only to be told they don't have anything to do with the app or certain offers!
So if you are looking to use your app ... find ANY OTHER location
plus my BF's grilled chicken sub was GROSS as the chicken was slimy (due to microwaving)
