What a beautiful shop and a great snack bar at the back. Service was wonderful, food was a new wonderful experience.

Rude & disorganized staff who carelessly speak slavic muttering insults to customers will not be tolerated whatsoever. Do better. Next time, its a lawsuit.1st and last time going. Terrible experience, garbage, trash and disgusting treatment. Food sucks. Everything sucks in there. Miserable atmosphere.Starsky's , as a competitor, has much better service and respect for customers.Do not go here. If thats how they treat community representatives, then its a reflection on the entire business operation.P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C....emphasis on the "IC" factor.????? 5 thumbs down.Do better.

Bottomline: If you want authentic Bosnian/Balkan food, go here.Mrakovic Fine Foods, known affectionately as Balkan Grocers and Restaurant, offers a delightful fusion of Balkan cuisine and French butchery. From the moment you step in, the warm smiles of the staff set the tone for a welcoming experience. Offering an array of authentic Balkan halal meats, it's a haven for those seeking true flavors. The freshly made Chevapi sandwich is a must-try, embodying the essence of Sarajevo's culinary delights. With a range that rivals any fancy butchery, Mrakovic Fine Foods is a gem for food enthusiasts. Highly recommended for an immersive Balkan culinary journey.

Best Bosnian food in the GTA! Highly recommend this place. Cevape and the mixed meat platter are always my-go to, but honestly anything you get is going to be tasty!

This hidden shop has the best cevapi in town. People drive from long distances just to order lunch from here. Make sure to order ahead of time to pick it up because they cook it when you order at the counter and you end up waiting. Call 15 min ahead of time. They also got these tasty savory burek..was filo pastry stuffed with various things...?. Gotta check it out if you are in the area

The burek is delicious, and I’ve only tried a handful of other items from the hot table, which have all been yummy. I’m always a bit intimated going in because I don’t speak the languages or know the right names for items. I don’t know if I’m self conscious but I feel like the staff aren’t that friendly. I’d like to ask more about the food but it doesn’t always feel welcoming. I’ll keep coming back because what I have had is amazing, and there’s only 2 Balkan stores within an hour or two from where I live.

I am from Winnipeg. I have never came to Toronto without stopping here and buying something. Great and consistent quality.

Interesting store selling a lot of Balkan deli foods. We bought some food to take home for dinner. I think they had forgotten about our order but we reminded them. Food was okay.
