Food was great, alhamdulillah.
This food was absolutely delicious! Oh and the milk cake! I recommended highly 10/10.
All the meats were very over cooked. My lamb was closer to jerky than lamb chop. Portion was embarassing small and very thin slices. This was the worse meal I had in over 10 years and likely worse meat I ever had. Also men's room didn't have paper towels.

The food is always fresh and the Mushkaki fries are awesome. For dessert i usually get the mango shake and that’s pretty solid too. The pricing and seating could be a bit better though.

Absolutely delicious food! The mushkaki fries was well-spiced, and full of flavour. Great portions, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re craving East African cuisine!
I came to visit from Ottawa and the food was so amazing and the lady at the counter was so kind and sweet, really brightened up my trip here and I hope they receive millions of customers inshallah

I had an unpleasant experience now at this restaurant After I paid for milk cake, the cashier had already placed everything in my bag except for one spoon. He was still holding the bag and just about to put the spoon in when another customer approached. Instead of putting the spoon and giving me the bag and let me leave he stopped, kept holding my paid bag, and served the other customer completely—while I waited, already having paid. Only after the second customer finished did he put the spoon in and hand me my bag.
I found this behavior very inconsiderate. Once a customer has paid, especially that I got just two milk cakes I should have got in my bag and left. without being paused to serve someone else. It’s not a big deal but It felt dismissive, also unprofessional and I hope you respect each customer women or men or a child by finishing their service before moving on next time.
