Had a horrible poison ivy rash. Everywhere else closed earlier. Went in and got great help, the lady even phoned her mother who is i guess a expert? But they both helped me out. Definitely recommend

I was trying to get a product and had a hard time finding it but was lucky enough to get it at Nature's source. The customer service was a good unfortunately I have a discount and they could not apply it because they did not know how and the person who was in charge of their internet team was unavailable. It was very unfortunate because if you have a license and you are entitled to a discount it's not cool if you leave paying 20% more than you should have! Other than that I don't usually have an issue shopping at Nature's source. They need to rectify that issue because they did not know how to enter in a discount code. It just seems very basic to me that's all!

This is a good health food store in Etobicoke. We found everything we were looking for. Prices were good too.

Went there today to buy some vitamins syrup but store little shop. Helpful staff and reasonable prices. One thing I don’t like this location because behind the highway (don’t see on public traffic) and walk from bus stop about 7mins

I surely like when they have a site wide sale (eg, their latest Family Day promotion). I tend to order more than I ever would with selective items sales, especially if I wish to take advantage of their free shipping option, which is good. Plus, I might hold off ordering from elsewhere if I knew earlier when such a promotion was coming. . . . Their shipping is done in a expeditious manner. Their prices are competitive. Although I wish they would promote more overtly meeting a competitor's price, for in all likelihood, I would order more from them when I purchase a set of items -- rather than order some from them and other identical, but cheaper products, even with discounts, from another supplier. And some of those suppliers have sale prices as well. Overall, in summary, they are an healthy choice as a source for health enhancement products, and they deserve a thumb's up.

Shipping is always so fast and they almost always have some sort of sale on. Great selection of products.
