I was really disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy today. I tried to transfer my husband’s prescription from another No Frills location, and the pharmacist assisting me claimed she couldn’t contact the other store because it was already closed. I was at this pharmacy at around 3:45 p.m.(Saturday), and when I called the other location myself, their phone message said they were open until 5 p.m. It felt like the pharmacist simply didn’t want to handle the transfer and preferred to leave it for Monday, which was very frustrating.

They just renovated this No Frills and it look almost like a Loblaws. I like the new look and as always you can find what you need here at good prices.

If I can only give zero star. Cashiers name NADA and JAYDA are so rude ,especially Jayda . Talking to the phone and saying to her colleague I am fighting just because of the ice cream because I got the ice cream at the shelf for $3.99 and she said it’s $13.99 ,I said oh I didn’t know that coz that’s the price I saw in the shelf it’s $3.99 ,and she started to be rude at me and the tone of her voice is so sarcastic .She said we will not going to honour that price since that’s not the right price ,when I told her to go to the shelf and check it as there’s a lot of ice cream on that shelf with the same price attached then she answered me WHY I NEED TO GO THERE ,I AM HERE!! very rude ,this kind of behaviour should not be at the cashier . Especially when I told her I will talk to Emiliano because of your behaviour and she answered me Yes talk to him ,I don’t care!! . Yes girl! I will talk to Emiliano on how you dealing the customer and being to sarcastic and Rude.
About Nada , when I pointed the lane on where she assist me since I’m still talking to Jayda , this Girl Nada answered me “ I KNOW WHERE IM GOING!” ..
I am very disappointed with these two! But the rest oh the cashiers there they are very nice ,but to Nada and Jayda I am very disappointed.
This is my store for over 10years and I shop here 3x a week but since this incident occurred ,I’m afraid to comeback here and shop again .
PS:
They should change the price,put the items at the right shelves with a right price so no customer will confused. 😡

I have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened & they are absolutely terrible. The lead pharmacist always changes & the current one is extremely rude & unprofessional. She hides in the back & wont even look at you. She also likes to make excuses & not dispense your medications. I will be reporting her to the college of pharmacists & will be changing pharmacies. Save yourself the trouble & go somewhere else.

Totally unprofessional!! Yelling out my medication in front of other customers disgusted me. Where’s the privacy and confidentiality ?? Hem was short with me and didn’t seem helpful.

This is our pharmacy since 6 years. They keep changing their staff, and the new crew is the most non professional at all! Even with the pre-ordered referrals you have to wait. They don’t follow up with the doctors for any pending medical, and not updating you. They use the message system only to inform you that you collect the medical …. So efficient!!!!!
