Went there on. Cold day and it was close 7 PM 🙄
Went on a Sunday when he was serving Ramen. Genuinely the best ramen I ever had here in Toronto. The owner is such a kind fun character and it was a real treat getting to meet him and dine at his place. 100% would go again :))

Fabulous food! The broth is out of this world. Best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan. Lovely owner too!

I visited this ramen place today and really enjoyed my meal. The tonkatsu ramen was rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. The broth had great depth, and the noodles were cooked just right. I also tried the chicken karaage, which was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavour. Overall, a great spot for a comforting and satisfying meal. I’d definitely go back!

Food was good but not worth the price we paid for. We ordered 1 ramen, 1 karaage, 2 sodas and 2 waters which equated to $74. Tip was also a mandatory 15% which the owner forces you to do. We’ve never been to a restaurant that forces you to tip 15% for 2 people.

Went here a few weeks ago with my brother and his girlfriend and this is an amazing hidden gem🤩
It is a one man show so be prepared to wait but I can tell you it is definitely 100% worth the wait. The owner puts so much detail into the ramen and his food and despite the small menu, you can tell he’s perfected his craft. The owner is also so friendly and it was really nice having a chat with him. The space feels very intimate so it’s really good for conversations.
We ordered the Gyoza, takoyaki and karaage for starters and it was so delicious. The toppings and the flavour was sooooo good i’m drooling just thinking about it! (I didn’t get a picture of the gyoza but they were filled very nicely!) We all also ordered some ramen, I forgot which one but there were only 2/3 options I believe and i’m sure they’re all delicious. The broth has so much flavour, the noodles were cooked so well, the toppings were an amazing touch and the meat, oh my god. Theres so much of it and it just melts in your mouth🤤
My brother has been waiting MONTHS to try out Nobuya and it was so worth the wait!! I Desperately need to come back😩😩😩!!

What a hidden gem in Etobicoke!!! The ramen here is phenomenal and the appetizers too! This small place is certainly the most authentic experience you can get, you really feel transported to Japan, as this is a one man operating restaurant. Nobu, the owner, host, chef and entertainer is a great guy, he loves to engage in conversations with the patrons and he certainly puts a lot of love in every meal. Highly recommended!!!
