This is a 1 man show restaurants so we knew to come close to opening just so we don't have to wait too long. Food are made to order and are steaming hot when it comes to your table. All the dishes were yummy.
Don’t expect excellent atmosphere. No water will be served and long wait. But it’s worth the time.

Had an amazing experience at Nobuya! Chef Nobu is very talented and a great host- welcoming us, helping go through the menu options to decide what to get and generally being fun to speak with. We had the tonkotsu ramen, karaage, gyoza, and takoyaki. We especially loved the ramen and karaage. Make sure to get a Ramune too- the OG flavor hits. Can't wait to come back to try the okonomiyaki!
