Osmow's was not at good as people say the food tasted good but a couple hours later I regretted my life service was not bad very nice and professional got the food done right away only waited a couple of minutes.

Best Shawarma.

Ordered Oz box but they totally messed it up. They put so much Parmesan cheese that it wasn’t edible. Also they didn’t put any sauce over Caesar salad. We ordered 4 of them and all were equally bad. Seems the person making them wasn’t trained properly.

Flavour was good. Pita unacceptably stale

One of the worst Osmow’s ever, the quality and quantity is worst.I told them the quantity is way too little compared to the other branches but still they do this.

I bought chicken on the rocks to go on June 7, 2023, in the even. When I got to work and starting to eat the food, the chicken was stale, dried out, felt like I was eating glass. I brought the food back the next day and the manager/owner was very rude, telling me how he doesn't care and why didn't I called the store as if he could have assisted me with the situation over the phone. I will NEVER eat from the Woodbine Centre (500 Rexdale Blvd.) location ever again. It's a good thing I purchased the food with my credit card. Can you say, dispute! I'm also, going to call the head office and report this location. All for $13.27 SMHP.S. There's no refund. If the food and service is good why would customer need a refund (red flag).

I visited this osmows location first time and I really loved the service and food. Highly recommend to visit it as it has friendly staff and great customer service.

Food is alright but staff needs to be better trained about respecting people’s time. I was told about 10 minutes and was told they were working on a catering order. I said i dont have time as i am on 30 minute lunch break but thanks you. The lady stopped me and said she can do it in 5 minutes. I again stressed the importance of time and she said sure 5 minutes. It took them 20 minutes to make my order. Now i cant eat as i have to return back to work (drive is 10 minutes).Very disappointed! Will not be back and wont recommend!

The quality at this location is not upto the Osmow's brand. I was in the area and bought from this location. Purchased chicken on the rocks. Chicken was hard, rice was hard. Employee put some red flakes on top and said it was for garnish. Everything tasted horrible. I ended up throwing it in the garage and bought something else from a near by restaurant.

Tried for the very first time. Completely disappointed. Ordered 2 chicken sharma wraps. Pita that they put them in were hard and cracked and the entire shawarma completely fell apart and was a disgusting mess. Tried eating what I could gave up quarter the way through.
