Osmow's Shawarma

I had a very bad experience I ordered half half but chicken was not cooked properly and fries are so hard this is my second time but the same thing I experienced.

Don’t buy from here garbage service I placed an order 20 minutes ago when I got there wasn’t ready and person could barely understand English … they literally have kids working there

Food is average. Cutlery, which is just a fork, is not wrapped or pre wrapped... Have to take your chance when it comes to protecting yourself from E coli et al

Worst Osmows I've ever been to. I ordered 10 oz of chicken and they gave me half the portion size and wouldn't give me the proper 10 oz that I paid for. Service sucks, do not eat here.

I have been eating at Osmow's for almost 2 years now and never have ever faced any rude behavior from the staff until now. I was at the store around 7:30 on a Sunday and ordered my regular order. I decided to make one change to my order by asking them to make it a bit spicy. The moment I made the change the person who was taking my order spoke to me very rudely saying " MEDIUM OR LIGHT" in a loud tone.

I did not like the way he spoke and I will not be eating over at this location again!!

Found what looks like dead maggots or worms in Chicken shawarma poutine. I ordered this on November 4th 2024. At first I thought it was just parts of the chicken until i inspected it, in a magnifying glass you can see the scales of the worms. Very nasty and unhygienic
