Had an excellent experience with the customer service at your store! Samiksha was incredibly friendly, fast, and super helpful, which made my visit even better. I tried the Chicken on the Rocks—it was fresh, hot, and clearly made with extra care. Highly recommend!

I’ve been eating from Osmow’s since January 2024 and from past few times in this location I’ve noticed they are not putting any efforts in making it, less quantity chicken, rice and fries everything is so less! And I asked today for extra garlic and when I came back home it wasn’t event bare minimum!
Maybe they should hire properly!

Ordered off Uber Eats today. Chicken on the Stix like I usually get but this portion was so small like barely any chicken and sauce. Luckily I ordered extra garlic on the side but wow never ordering or coming to this location again. Cherry on top they gave no fork with the delivery. Joke service do better.

One of the Best Osmow’s Locations in All of Toronto.I’ve visited many Osmow’s locations across the city, but this one truly stands out for its consistent quality, generous portions, and exceptional service. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the standards here never waver. A special shoutout to Chirag, Kavya, and Liya, their outstanding customer service makes my every visit a genuinely pleasant experience. They’re always friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Thanks to them, this location has become my go-to spot!!

Very disappointed. They were taking my order for the daily special and their credit card machine stopped working. I drove 15 minutes to grab cash to be told they can’t honour their daily special (Chicken Shawarma Poutine - Wednesday). This location had always been a hit or miss on portion sizes as well, extremely inconsistent to a point where I make an order depending on the staff working there that day. It’s frustrating.

the most disgusting shawarma ever. they dont have napkins , what kind of restaurant doesn't have napkins? also very rude customer service.
