Absolutely Disappointing Experience.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this visit was a complete letdown from start to finish. The falafel was dense, cold, and completely lacking in flavor — nothing like what you'd expect from a place claiming to serve fresh Mediterranean food. The bread that came with it was stale and rock hard, clearly not fresh.
To make things worse, our order was missing the white cheese we had specifically asked for. When we brought it up to the waitress, she returned with some shredded cheese that didn’t even come close to what we ordered. The eggplant salad was spoiled — sour and inedible — and the oil used wasn’t even pure olive oil; it had that processed taste you’d expect from a low-quality blend.

Overall, the food was bad, and the experience was simply awful. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Such amazing staff who are so professional and really take care of their customers. The shawarma is absolutely delicious and the falafel.
I highly recommend here to anyone looking for authentic taste and just a really good place to eat

I ordered the lamb shank and it was so delicious I didn't even remember to take a picture. I got the food from the kind owner who was attentive from the time I entered, and as soon as I got it it smelled so good I dug in immediately. The guy next to me asked what I got cuz it looked and smelled way too good to be true. I ate the food, and had a tiny left over portion for next day's lunch, and I'm dreaming about the next time I go back :) long story short, go, eat, repeat. Thank me later :)

Very rude cashier, the lady talks rudely me. I hope it to get better, please work on your customer service skills

Portion size is very small for 17 CAD... disappointed....just a bit of chicken and a handful of rice....how can people give good reviews about this place is beyond me....i would go to plaka anyday...the meal is 20 CAD...but they give rice chicken, salad,roast potatoes and garlic bread. This place is expensive and even after paying,the portion size is too small!

$30 bucks for a shish tawok plate
Chicken had brown grill marks, salad was mid and portions pretty small.

Food was mid at best

We had the falafel platter, and I went for the mixed grill. Everything was fresh, aromatic, and full of flavor. I even saw the staff (super friendly!) prepping kofta by hand on metal skewers. The Falafel is crunchy, fresh and huge.

Highly recommend if you're in the area.

From one brother to another: your food is great but please don’t be cheap… it will be your demise! No restaurant ever became successful by charging for extras here and there unreasonably. It will make people resentful and they will avoid coming back.
Operate with an abundance mindset as opposed to a scarcity mindset that we have grown up with in our middle-eastern culture and you will reach greatness without a doubt.
