I recently visited the store and its fress and delicious.
I would give no stars at all for the customer service and food I got.
I ordered the famous Shakaroni after seeing that it came out on social media. As a person who loves their food. I expected them to make it properly. I had also mentioned that it be well done as well.
I picked up the pizza and was expected to pay right away. They didn’t show me the pizza to make sure everything was okay. Had it sealed.
I got home to only find that it wasn’t even cooked. It was half cooked and the cheese and pepperoni were coming off the dough as you pull the slices apart.
The family was really upset and dinner was just a mess. I called the store to tell them that I had come here on my way home and that we don’t reside in the area. They expected us to either come back to pick up another pizza to replace the mess they made. Than they told me they can only do a store credit for their store and no other locations that would be convenient for me. If it was franchise I’m sure they should be able to compensate or give a coupon to a location near by for these kind of issues that come up.
I’m very disappointed and would not return back to papa johns. I would rather stick with my go to locations near me. Definitely was my first and last time I ever would order from papa johns.
If you decide to go here. Make sure you check your food and order before leaving!

Best Pepperoni Pizza. I used to go to Pizza Nova but the parmesan cheese on the Papa Johns is fantastic with the Pepperoni!! Better prices for walk in orders!❤️
