Absolutely excellent experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The shawarma was juicy, the bread soft and warm, and the portions were generous. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Absolutely incredible mixed grill platter!
The presentation was perfect — juicy kofta kebab, tender chicken cubes, and flavorful beef skewers, all beautifully arranged with fresh parsley and onions on the side. Every bite was seasoned just right — smoky, savory, and grilled to perfection.

The kofta was soft and rich in spices, the chicken had that perfect char with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the beef cubes were super tender and juicy. Even the naan on the side had great flavor.

You can tell they care about quality and freshness — this platter easily competes with some of the best Middle Eastern grill houses in Toronto. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, perfectly cooked kebabs.

When you have a fabulous meal at Paramount – A Middle Eastern Kitchen, you know you’re in for a true feast.

We indulged in the Mixed Grill Platter, stacked with four juicy lamb chops, two skewers of tender Shish Tawouk, two skewers of flavourful brisket Kafta, two skewers of barbeque beef tenderloin, and crispy Arayes, all served with grilled vegetables, tahini, and garlic sauce.

To start, the Mezza Plate set the tone perfectly with creamy hummus, smoky moutabbal, and rich muhammara.

And of course, no meal is complete without something sweet — we ended with layers of flaky, nutty perfection in an assortment of baklawa filled with pistachio.

A Middle Eastern dining experience that hits every craving — smoky, savoury, and sweet.

The bread alone is worth the visit, GIANT BREAD straight out the oven and unreal. Grabbed a salad for takeout too and even that looked like it was plated for a restaurant. Fresh, clean, and perfect every time. Paramount doesn’t miss. 100/10 recommendation!
