We went parantha palace yesterday for dine in. We ordered 1 amritsari kulcha and 2 chole bhature . After waiting for 20 minutes we got amritsari kulcha but it took 1 hour to got chole bhature. Even we requested several times still we waited for 1 hours so, I requested to parantha palace please change your staff . The girls are not welcoming and they don't know in which table they have to deliver the order.

Parantha Palace offers an authentic and generous experience, with massive paranthas that are sure to leave you satisfied. The portions are very generous, and if you're someone who only eats one meal a day, this place will definitely meet your needs. The amount of butter they use is impressive and quite indulgent, enhancing the flavor without overdoing it.
However, despite the great food, the service left much to be desired. When we visited, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, but the wait time was surprisingly slow. Our order also came out incorrectly, which was disappointing. Although they rectified the mistake, by the time my correct order arrived, my dining companion had already finished their meal, which was frustrating. Still, the food itself made up for some of the service issues, and I’d still recommend it for the generous portions and authentic taste.

I went to Parantha Palace with a group of friends last night, and it was an absolute nightmare. One of our group members waited an hour for their food, but it never even arrived. We were all finished with our meals, but his food was still nowhere in sight. We tried to get the staff’s attention, but they were completely uninterested in helping or offering any explanation.
To make matters worse, the staff was unapologetic and downright unprofessional. Even the manager seemed clueless and lacked any basic customer service skills. It's clear that nobody at this restaurant cares about their customers. The place wasn't even busy, so there's no excuse for such poor service.
Save your time and money—don’t bother with Parantha Palace.

Our experience at Parantha Palace was extremely disappointing. We ordered six paranthas and specifically requested that they be brought together. Despite this, only five arrived, and the sixth never came at all—we eventually had to cancel it after waiting far too long.
The service was incredibly slow and disorganized. The staff seemed inattentive and untrained, making the entire dining experience frustrating. Communication between the kitchen and servers was lacking, and there was no sense of urgency in addressing our concerns.
Additionally, the restaurant could improve in several areas: • Better staff training to ensure efficiency and professionalism. • Improved order management to avoid missing or delayed dishes. • Quicker service so customers don’t waste time waiting unnecessarily.
Overall, the poor service overshadowed the food quality. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Usually, I leave great reviews, but unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. The food itself was good, but it took way too long to arrive at the table. We waited for an hour, and by the time half of the group had their food, the other half was still waiting. We even ordered more food, and that too took forever. Eventually, we had to cancel the order altogether.
The staff and manager clearly don’t understand customer service. They seem more focused on making sales than actually providing a good experience. To make it even more amusing, there’s a sign that says, "zero tolerance—aggressive and abusive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated" 😂 I guess they know their service is poor, which is why they put that up.
I really think they need to train their staff to be polite and actually care about the customers.

I ordered pav bhaji in offer buy 1 get 1 free from uber eats. The bhaji was very very sour no taste and top bread was fresh but bottom bread was not. Not worth of money at all.
