Patty World is officially one of my “spots”. I had the red snapper and two beef patties. The snapper was very meaty, well seasoned, moist and delicious. To top it all off the snapper dinner was only $10. I also had two beef patties. The crust was amazing and the consistency was perfect. The patty was FILLED with meat, and the meat was so juicy that I wasn’t sure whether to eat the meat or drink it. I haven’t had a patty this nice since the mid 80’s. Be prepared it is cash only and worth every penny.

Honestly the best Patties in the West End over all. I rate them over Tineals, Grace, and Tasty… They have the best veggie patty I tasted so far and i just bought some Calaloo patties and can’t wait to try them…. Bought a lunch meal for the first time… the King Fish meal and I loved it. I could have used a touch more gravy but the flavour was great… really good value for your money…. if your on a no meat diet or have to fast from meat and eggs there stew peas is really good, I was impressed…..If there is anything that I can say is that the wait times can be long sometimes and even sometimes when you call in an order in advance for ready to eat box of patties you still have to wait awhile… but you know what they say good things come to those who wait and so far it’s been worth all the times I waited…. Came in on time today. There 1 customer in the store at this time. Placed my order and waited. 5 minutes into my wait I was asked to pay for my order of 6 ackee and salt fish and 6 calaloo. Waited 15 minutes no food. Another customer entered the establishment 15 minutes into my wait and placed the exact order for patties. The same server returned 5 minutes later to inform the customer that the calalooo parties were not ready and they will be ready in 20 minutes....at this time I informed her that I have been waiting for 20 minutes now and did not provide me with the same customer service as this customer even though I have been waiting for over 20 minutes. I requested that the now unavailable calaloo be cold and the ackee be warm. The server left and remained in the back for 10 minutes while you can clearly hear the staff arguing amongst themselves while new customer waited to be served. The customer who came in 15 after me with the same order was able to pickup his order after waiting 30 minutes. My total wait time was 50 minutes from order to service. They took 4 attempts to provide me with my order and each time was incorrect, how difficult was 6 Ackee patties hot and 6 Calaloo hot?😫🤔 At the end of a 50 minutes wait for an order that was paid for the final server insisted I pay for my order again...😡🤔 NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE DPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The staff is argumentative, poor attitude and disorganized. If the owner want to save his business he should consider hiring better staff.

The servers blatantly ignored us when we tried to place an order or ask a simple question. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
What’s worse is the attitude of the staff—rude and dismissive. Despite the company seeming well-established, the workers clearly lack basic customer service skills. It’s shocking that such behavior is tolerated. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful service.

I had a horrible experience with this restaurant this past weekend. I pre ordered cocktail patties for an event about 1 week prior to the event. I arrived the day of my pick up, I waited about 15 mins before getting served. Inside of the restaurant was crowded and about 4 employees working that day. I finally get to speak with an employee and she said she was going to go look for my order. I waited about another 10 mins the employee didn’t come back to give me an update. I then proceeded to ask another employee what’s going on with my pick up order, she stated she was going to go look for it. At this point I have been sitting in the store for over 30 mins waiting for my “pick up order”. After 40 mins of waiting I left, had other pick ups to do. I called the restaurant about 10 min after leaving for an update on the order, they stated they cannot find my order and they don’t know what happened to it. I was very frustrated with the service and the unprofessionalism of this restaurant. Very disappointing, was definitely looking forward for my guest to try out their patties.
