Their patties are always delicious. To my family and I, these are the best patties in the GTA. Prices are very good. I met the owner and he is a very respectable small business owner who thanked me personally for my business. That type of customer service is dying in Canada and that made me feel so compelled to finally write a review after having eaten at patties world for the past 10 years. The food not always consistent, but when its good good. The servers sometimes give the classic Caribbean attitude, but overall, it am still a fan.
This place is a staple, I’ve been coming here for years. However if find it beyond ridiculous how difficult it is to get a hold of someone on the phone, the voicemail is always full and when you do get someone they have such random rules for placing an orders. I called on Monday to order cocktail patties for a Friday pickup. They told me my order was too far out and call back later. And then spent 3 days calling w no luck.
Worst customer service when trying to place an order.

Quality of the Pattie’s have gone down significantly. Theres barely anything in them.
They DO NOT offer pork or customer service here! Gave this place too many chances and they always on point with disappointing service. If you want to Frigg up your day, go here! Rob(management) do better!
Walked in with my husband ready to order Saturday August 30 in the afternoon, but after asking for a small update to our order, the lady reacted with clear annoyance (eye-rolling, dismissive attitude). We decided to leave without placing the order. While I’ll say the prices are fair, the food quality isn’t the best, and with service like this it’s not worth us supporting. I hope management takes this seriously — customers should feel welcome, not like a burden.

Not a welcoming atmosphere. The server sounds like she is in downtown Kingston market with her tone. The rice and peas is distasteful.
I ordered 6 cheesy beef patty, 1 ackee and 5 beef. I received 1 ackee and all beef. There were no cheesy beef patty. Very annoying!

Pattie world is a GEM for what they call gourmet patties their ackee and saltfish and callalloo patties are the best their doubt is super thin and still flaky and buttery and got a bunch of REALLY affordable food options as far as plates go fish jerk fried chicken curry they have it all at a aggressive price love them
