Today I visited the Filthy Philly’s location and asked to use the washroom. The staff refused to allow me, saying I could only use it if I placed an order. They even told me to go to Pita Land next door, claiming that place would also not allow me — which is absolutely ridiculous. They said owner is “watching us” and made us feel uncomfortable and humiliated. This is not just rude — it goes against Ontario public health and accessibility standards. Restaurants that serve food are required to provide washroom access, especially when a person is inside the restaurant. This kind of treatment is inhuman and disrespectful. Nobody should be treated like this. The owner and staff should be ashamed of treating people this way. I will never visit this location again and I strongly advise others to avoid it.And, this place is worth not visiting. Moreover, the employees were not wearing batches(name tag) otherwise could have mentioned names. If there could be an option for giving zero review, i would have given it.

Food was really good! I ordered 2 cheesesteak sandwiches and a greek poutine. As promoted on door dash it's buy 1 get 1 free, unfortunately they came cut in half exactly like 6inch sandwiches from subway... I expected a full size cheesesteak, I don't like the deceiving...

This is the second day in a row that I’ve come to philthy phillys and had the exact same issue. I called repeatedly from 11:00 to 11:15 AM, even up to 11:30 AM, and the phone was never answered. Today, I arrived at 11:35 AM and the door was closed, even though the sign on the door and online clearly says they close at 12:00 PM.
I only managed to get inside because someone was leaving, and the staff told me, “We close at 11:30 because we need half an hour to clean.” If that’s the case, then why advertise that you close at 12:00? It’s misleading and really frustrating for customers who make the effort to come during your posted hours.
I took photos of the sign showing the 12 PM closing time. All I’m asking is for consistency and accurate posted hours. Right now, it feels like customers aren’t being respected or considered. If the real closing time is 11:30, then please update your hours so people don’t waste their time.

We did skip to a near by hotel. Food showed up hot and fresh. First time having this. Burger and poutine were excellent and filling. We had couple different types of poutine, ceasar salad, cauliflower bites and a Gitty up burger. So good.

Was hungry and staying at a hotel in the area and dropped by. Friendly staff, and simple venue. Placed an order for two sandwiches. Both xame out fine. Thd one down side is that this location had a strange vibe to it. Half the lights were off and a strange guy was outside then inside the restaurant. In the end he harmless, but you just never know.
Absolute smasher of a meal got the chicken on a Tripple Cheese melt 2 for one Uber deal as a Blue Collar worker this was a great go to quick eat. Great portion cheesy and gooey delicious all around will be ordering from here again

Employees do not make food properly. Food is very bland and if you complain then they will say they don’t care. Not good service. Tried to call after to speak to manager and they don’t pick up the phone.

Came on a saturday super hungry and wanted the wings that was advertised on the window and was told it'll take twenty five minutes and I could order something else while I waited 4 minutes for the employee to acknowledge that I was there. I asked the employee for buffalo chicken poutine he said, that'll take twenty five minutes and to choose something else.The thing is, the stuff I ask for takes twenty five minutes the stuff I don't want they said I could get quicker. It's a saturday they have advertise on the window that the chicken wing special is $10 so they should know that people are coming and gonna ask for it and then they tell you, it's twenty five minutes. So they just want you to come in and not sell you what they're advertising just to get you in classic bait and switch.

Came here for lunch as I was doing a course up the road. It was obvious someone who works there spilled a huge stream of old oil from the outside of the front door to the oil bin. The ground was dirty, slippery and left this way. I turned around and left before even coming in. Gross
