Absolute smasher of a meal got the chicken on a Tripple Cheese melt 2 for one Uber deal as a Blue Collar worker this was a great go to quick eat. Great portion cheesy and gooey delicious all around will be ordering from here again

Employees do not make food properly. Food is very bland and if you complain then they will say they don’t care. Not good service. Tried to call after to speak to manager and they don’t pick up the phone.

Came on a saturday super hungry and wanted the wings that was advertised on the window and was told it'll take twenty five minutes and I could order something else while I waited 4 minutes for the employee to acknowledge that I was there. I asked the employee for buffalo chicken poutine he said, that'll take twenty five minutes and to choose something else.The thing is, the stuff I ask for takes twenty five minutes the stuff I don't want they said I could get quicker. It's a saturday they have advertise on the window that the chicken wing special is $10 so they should know that people are coming and gonna ask for it and then they tell you, it's twenty five minutes. So they just want you to come in and not sell you what they're advertising just to get you in classic bait and switch.

Came here for lunch as I was doing a course up the road. It was obvious someone who works there spilled a huge stream of old oil from the outside of the front door to the oil bin. The ground was dirty, slippery and left this way. I turned around and left before even coming in. Gross

First time at a location run by this company, but my search for a good Philly Cheese Steak will need to go on. The meat lacks the texture of steak, more like eating a ground meat loose hamburger than a steak sandwich, more like mush and that was a turn off. I had asked for extra peppercorn sauce but I could not find it. Sure didn't look like thenpicture. The place was empty, and left me with the feeling that it was run by very new Canadians that may not understand what a true Philly steak should be like and they may be struggling with the languages spoken in Canada. Just sayin..... Sadly my search for the ultimate Philly Steak Sandwich in the GTA will have to go on. Won't be back to this place. Too bad the Hooters up here is gone, they did have good all you can eat wings....

The food has 0 taste… the washroom is disgusting. It really makes you loose your appetite. Wish I could get a refund. The portions are very small..

I had a terrible experience here while picking up a large Uber Eats order (around $100) at 11:45 AM on July 15. The order was already prepared and just needed to be packed, but the staff member chose to ignore it and started cooking for a walk-in customer instead. When I politely asked him to pack the waiting order, he rudely said: “We don’t care about Uber Eats orders. Walk-ins are first priority. You can cancel it if you don’t like it.”
Not only was his attitude disrespectful to me as a delivery driver, but the work environment was also very poor. AC wasn’t working, both doors were open to cool the place down, and flies were everywhere—around the food too.
I’ve done thousands of deliveries, and this was one of the worst experiences. If Uber Eats orders aren’t a priority, then they shouldn’t accept them at all.
