Huge portions. We tried pho and vermicelli noodles, both were delicious.

On a whim, we decided to check this place out—and let me tell you, no regrets. I had the pho, and the broth was like a flavor bomb - aromatic and rich, without being drowned in fish sauce. Honestly, I didn’t even need the usual Sriracha or oyster sauce; the broth was so good it could stand on its own.

Next up: coconut sticky rice with chicken. Pure bliss. And the chicken wings? Perfectly seasoned, but the real kicker was the house-made chili sauce, with just the right mango twist—it sent those wings straight into chef’s kiss territory.

Oh, and don’t forget to grab the vermicelli with chicken and spring rolls to go—well-seasoned and generous enough to turn into two meals.

This place has officially earned its spot as my new favorite in Etobicoke.

A nice restaurant that serves a variety of Vietnamese dishes. The place is clean and cozy and the food is really good, compared with many other places we have tried so far in Toronto. Highly recommend!

The only downside is the price tag. I wish the pho also included more traditional ingredients like tendon. Regardless, this place is head and shoulders above local competitors

had a medium classic pho. it was beautifully presented, and the quality of the beef cuts were better than the kind I noticed in other VietNamese restaurants. However, I wasn't too fond of the broth... it seemed more Herby and sweet, and less beefy than what I'm accustomed to. Not sure if it's because this restaurant is aimed at a more upscale base, or if it's an attempt at making traditional recipes more accessible to people who are not that familiar with Vietnamese cuisine. It wasn't bad in any sense at all .. just different than what I was expecting. For me, pho is comfort food, and comfort food shouldn't be messed around with.

also had fried calamari. well cooked, very crispy, but a bit under seasoned. definitely needed some salt.

service was excellent: attentive, friendly and prompt. And atmosphere was definitely very nice compared to more common eateries.

Had really high hopes because the restaurant is huge and was packed. Food was disappointing - couldn’t even finish a quarter of it. Service is great though!

Pho Ngoc Yen 2, the second location of Mississauga's hidden gem Vietnamese restaurant, expanded to Etobicoke! This location is consistent for quality and service. The new restaurant boasts a larger seating capacity, featuring a similar decor style with trees and nicely arranged tables and seating. We can't wait to come back to try more on their menu!

The menu at Pho Ngoc Yen 2 mirrors that of the original location, maintaining the same prices. We ordered the Phở Tái (Rare Beef), Cơm Sườn Ốp-La (BBQ Pork Chop & BBQ Chicken with a fried egg and broken rice), and Bún bò Huế (Spicy Beef & Pork Noodle Soup). The overall quality and value of the food remained impressively consistent as we ordered the same dishes as the original location. However, it was noted that the Bún bò Huế at this location was slightly less spicy which is somewhat different in a good way. Also, we ordered the Passion Fruit Juice which was consistent in presentation and flavor.

Their ordering process is straightforward; customers fill out their orders on paper and inform the register of their table number when it's time to pay at the register. Credit cards are accepted as well. It is recommended to approach the restaurant from the westbound side along The Queensway for an easier right turn into the parking lot. For those visiting during peak hours, they may enable the waitlist feature on Yelp or take reservations above 5+ people.

Parking: Lots of parking spots, but parking can be a challenge due this location's U-shaped layout and some parking spots available at the front but lots of spots around the back and sides. It is recommended to approach the restaurant from the westbound side along The Queensway for an easier right turn into the parking lot.
