We were excited to see them open again after seeing them closed for so long (not knowing the reason behind the closure until reading reviews) but we ordered our food and saw a huge roach crawling on the side of the cash register just inches away from the food. I'm at a loss for words.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I got noodles with 2 choices. The noodles were raw and had absolutely no flavour. I got a beef & a chicken.The sauce on both were extremely overly thick and clumpy. It was as if they were over floured & had a stew consistency. Also ,both had no flavour. It was like a pile of glue. I forgot to add that I threw most of it out.Total waste of $13. That’s not acceptable

Food was a little bland. But overall good! This place has a history of making my fiance sick. After their recent shut down from the ministry of health, we tried their food and it was really good! Lemon chicken could have been a bit more lemony. The black bean chicken was also a little bland. The noodles were great though! My fiancé's meal was the sweet and sour pork with lemon chicken and noodles. The pork, he says, was a little bland. But we'll cooked. Everything was cooked well. It didn't make either of us sick this time!

I will never eat here again. It gave me diarrhea and it probably will for you too. I have heard that this place has been shut down for several health code violations on multiple different occasions. The food itself was decent other than that, the guy working there was fine but the atmosphere was weird. DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK.

it’s a hit or miss, i once got the lemon chicken and it was rlly dry, noodles always hit though. I still come here every now and then but don’t expect to much.I changed my mind, Don’t eat here, chicken is dry and probably old, noodles were hard. Vegies were wet. Couldn’t even finish my food.

The food didn’t taste bad at all. Also you get a good quantity for a reasonable price. The pepper steak was really good! In all honesty I checked out the reviews to this place AFTER eating half my lunch. I noticed a lot of previous customers warning you about their closure for health reason AFTER, once again. I would have rated Pick N Chus 5 stars based on my own experience but the reviews caused them to lose a star because I’m a bit worried that I may possibly get food poison.

If I could give Pick n Chus 0 stars, I would. My twin brother and I got food poisoning there 2 Christmases in a row about 8 years ago now. I've never been back at pick n chus, I dont even trust the rest of the food court anymore. The only place me and my friends eat at Cloverdale now, is Tim Hortons!!
