I have been to this pizza store many times but Equality and the toppings seem to be very poor the Amount of toppings seem to be little when they are in a rush when you have a Experience like this you think about going back to order pizza again

I ordered 3 medium custom pizzas off the Pizza Hut app. I ordered one of the pizzas with pickles on it and when I picked up the pizzas and got into the car to check the box they had put Jalapeños instead of pickles. When asked about it they let us know they don’t have pickles anymore and they have yet to take it off the app as an option. Very disappointed that they did not just reach out to let us know this was the case and instead put something that looked somewhat similar to pickles and just hoped we wouldn’t notice. When asking for a refund for that one pizza they said it would be “too complicated” and our only option was to have them make a new pizza with new toppings. Had they reached out to let us know the topping we ordered was no longer available we could have chosen something different and we would have been happy with that. The disappointed and frustration is from them putting a totally different topping on hoping we wouldn’t notice until we got home.

One of the worst experience I have had here. Toppings were old and there was a distinct smell coming out of the pizza. Franchise must take actions against these people
Normally i have good service at this location but tonight the staff didn’t answer my phone calls, i drove there, then staff didn’t greet me and asked me to wait while she finished doing many other things. I went to the pizza hut on the Queensway, better service. Customer comes first

I did an order for delivery, order took 45min, altho tracker said 10min. Tried calling restaurant several times and was hung up on each time.. The driver was very apologetic, and said they were just very busy, but thats no excuse.
