I would not recommend this place to order pizza. I never order from this restaurant but unfortunately the online website directed me to this Pizza Hut instead of my usual place on Jane street. I waited over an hour for my pizza order placed at 5:00pm and pizza delivered at 6:14pm. Not only was my pizza extremely late. It was also BURNT. The slices were three in one. Assuming that because the pizza was so hard it was difficult to cut. The pepperoni was rock hard and my bacon was burnt. When I called the store and asked for a refund initially they wanted to bring me more pizza and I said of course not I have small kids who are hungry from school. Please just refund my money and they said they would. Than I received another phone call from The store saying that if I wanted a refund i need to bring the pizza back to the store. Completely unacceptable. Save your money and make sure when you order online you order from Jane st and not 1564 Royal York Rd location.

Disgusting! I felt sick 🤢 after eating a pepperoni 🍕 pizza! Toronto is really trying to figure out why the city is going downhill! The food is atrocious. Not everywhere, but a lot of places.
The prices are going up, but the quality is significantly declining! I grew up eating Pizza Hut, and now I feel sick after eating it!

I ordered their chippets triple chocolate brownie on uber and I received a majorly overcooked, borderline burned and hard brownie pack. I complained to uber and uber said it’s “still edible” so I can’t get a refund. I found that crazy because when you order food from somewhere just “edible” shouldn’t be the goal. Anyways, since uber refused I decided to call the store and I explained the situation and asked if I could COME IN PERSON to exchange the brownie and they flat out refused. I tried to reason with them saying that it was BURNED and I think the decent thing to do would be to replace it because someone in YOUR STORE burnt it! Also by coming in I could show them the brownie. She told me she understands that one of their employees did it but they’re not gonna replace it cause it’s Ubers problem once they send it out. She was rude and dismissive. I even offered to show proof of my uber conversation just in case they thought I was trying to pull a fast one. They basically told me to suck it cause they said “well that’s unfortunate but we’re not gonna do anything about it”. I asked for the manager and he was rude, rushed me off the phone and gave me a bogus number to complain to. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me but I feel like a simple replacement of a product your store burnt is not an unreasonable request, regardless of If I ordered through uber, door dash or from the direct hotline. It’s not even like I asked for a refund……. Just a simple hey, You guys burnt this brownie could you please replace with one cooked properly. it like any other store would do. But I guess that’s just the type of customer service that comes from this location.

$2 pan Pizza On Tuesday as per owner 2 Max or Corporate Max is 4? And pizza maker need to pay more because I think is low income and pizza is bad and messy all defending on lunch or dinner time where big ordered or many ordered to be done. As messy pizza and cutting pizza is bad too... look at this one for alot of pepper and other only 4 peppers and not cut into 4 pieces due to rush and rush and rush.
