Not a good service. The pizza I ordered was undercooked and too oily. Plus I paid for delivery to bring it up. They told me to come down to the lobby to pick it up. But he was never in the lobby . What's the point paying for delivery? Never order from Pizza hut again. Worst service.

I ordered pizza through the app from the Albion branch and had a very poor experience. When I called to make a complaint, the supervisor was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, he responded by saying, “So what do you want me to do?” This is unacceptable customer service. Customers deserve respect and proper assistance when there is an issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Albion branch.

These guys are very very good. I had ordered a free pizza and they were very busy so I had to cancel the order so I lost my points and I could not recover them, but I called the store and told them the situation that I had to cancel the order, but I lost my points and officially. I guess from there and they didn’t cancel the order so I wasn’t able to get my points back. Through customer service. So I just called the store and told them my situation and they were so friendly and understanding that they gave me a free pizza because they knew that the story was true. And also, the pizza is always hot and fresh and they cook it so well
