I indulged in a Pizza Nova this evening, and it absolutely nailed the cravings with its fresh, top-notch ingredients and and dipping sauces I got creamy garlic, dill and blue cheese. This pizza was simply on point. I paid $28.50 after tax. Clean store friendly staff.

Placed an order delivery time says 30-40 mins on skip I got a response saying it would take extra time, I cancelled the order immediately just to have someone at the store call me and begin yelling at me because I cancelled. Completely unprofessional.
Pizza Nova used to have the BEST crust now it’s just soggy and horrible. Quality has definitely gone down.

3/5 stars. I got the Roasted Parma Pizza and the Plantollini. The pizza was okay, it had a very mild taste but the crust was good. The Plantollini, on the other hand, was burnt and came with such a small amount of sauce each bite was stuck in my mouth. The product itself is really good - I had it another location and it was fantastic - but here? As you can see in the picture, each nugget was burnt and the sauce was nonexistent. There was one nugget that was so burnt I just threw it out. To the cooks - please make sure you cook your food right so it doesn't get wasted.

I was scammed!! I ordered two pizzas and a box of pollini with sauce and did not receive half my order! I was accused that the driver dropped off everything but I did not receive everything! I am missing pollini and a dipping sauce yet they did not listen to the customer that should have just received the order. I did not get a refund or wings or dipping sauce! This is not okay
