(*sigh*) occasionally, there would be a thick crust instead of a thin crust, occasionally there would be missing a dipping sauce when it was ordered and paid for...never did I leave a negative review because the good always surpassed the bad. However, I draw the line when I receive a pizza that looks like this. Was definitely not impressed when I opened the box. Was the the restaurant that tipped the box while it was still super hot? Maybe. Or was this the driver who braked too hard during delivery? Who knows. All I know is that I received a very unappetizing pizza.

The food was typical for the chain. I think it's the best of the chain pizza places, certainly much better than Pizza Pizza or Domino's. They were very busy the day I went, though. The website gave me an estimated pickup time, but it was more than 30 minutes later than that before it was ready. To be fair, they gave me a discount and some free dips to compensate, without being asked to.

Had a great experience here. Great customer service and food was prepared in a timely manner. My only con is there was about 20 plus stairs I had to climb and descend from. This is not a location that is AODA compliant.

Well that wasn't good at all. Cheese slice: the dough is uninspired, the tomato sauce is somehow entirely devoid of flavour, and the cheese is meh. Even after adding oregano, basil, and EVOO, it was a joyless experience.

Worst panzerotti I've ever had in my life. 90% dough and 10% cheese and sauce. $10 for a piece of bread. Called customer services and they wanted proof of this and that. Paid cash and couldn't provide. Clearly this pizza joint can't afford cheese even when the customer is paying for it.

Not a good location, I ordered 2 med. pizza with chicken and zucchini, there is barely 1 piece of chicken and zucchini per slice. Very stingy on engredients for a $18 medium pizza. Not ordering from this location again.
