Not a good location, I ordered 2 med. pizza with chicken and zucchini, there is barely 1 piece of chicken and zucchini per slice. Very stingy on engredients for a $18 medium pizza. Not ordering from this location again.

I have to say that there must be different people running this place the last year or so. It is no longer my favourite pizza. Using the wrong pepperoni now, have cut the toppings by half. Have to find a new favourite ?

Fantastic service and people! I placed my order by phone, and it was hot and ready for me when I arrived. The Pizza Nova gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and super efficient! He double-checked my order with me, asked/reminded me about drinks and dips (which I added), and thanked me. It was a super pleasant experience, thx to this guy and the team. Food is hot and delicious, I ordered the lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. This is a super great store where we order from constantly because of the superb service in store and on delivery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got 2 medium pizzas, one just plain pepperoni/cheese, the other cheese, pepperoni, spicy sausage, green peppers, onions - well done. We also ended up getting 2 boxes of wedges.The food was cooked perfectly. Some other Pizza Novas burn the tips of the wedges, but these were perfectly seasoned and golden brown. Probably the best wedges you can get for take out.Some reviews commented about their bill being incorrect, but I ordered & paid online and picked up in person, so I did not encounter any issues.Great place, will go again for sure.

This is my go to pick up spot in the neighbourhood for family pizza night. Some points to note: the pizza is tasty and well priced for the quality, the wings are always crispy and delicious and it’s clean. As well, the staff are always friendly and polite

Went tonight around 2345 and ordered a veggie slice and a deluxe slice both in a combo (7,25$ + 7,75$) total should’ve come to 15$ + taxes (16,95). Guy working at the counter said the same total quickly, I didn’t really heard what he said and passed me the machine, I tapped my phone and then he gave me the paper receipt from the debit/visa machine and it showed that I paid 19,18$. I didn’t have the option to add tip so I don’t know where that 2,23$ extra came from… I questioned him twice and he said yes, it’s the total with taxes which doesn’t makes sense at all. Then he left in the back of the kitchen and didn’t come back so we eventually left… the first time we went we had such a great experience, it was a different worker… but tonight it was disappointing… not sure what he did with the extra money.
