This pizza nova fell off hard sadly. This location used to be my pizza nova dating back to my childhood however it's certainly lost it's touch recently. The people working here now aren't very knowledgeable how to make a proper pizza without all the toppings and cheese sliding right off. This was the sloppiest and soggiest pizza I've had in a long time. I pick up each slice and it falls apart like it wasn't made with any heart or care in the world. The ingredients also tasted like they went downhill as well over time which is sad.

Awful customer service. The Asianlady with the black hair with AirPods in her ear there that served me was very rude. Didn’t greet me like the other customers. Shoved the debit card at me to pay. Didn’t even announce my order was finished. I had to ask myself. I was awaiting patiently for more than 20 mins. The box was ripped. Will not be coming to this location ever again. They can thank the lady at the counter for that, due to her unpleasant attitude and bad customer service.

Tried pizza nova for the very first time. The worst pizza I have tasted in my life. The crust is burned from the outside and raw inside. The sauce on the top is tasteless.Edit- After looking at other reviews, I don't think they really care for their customers. I don't understand how people like this kind of pizza.

Pizza Nova opened at 11 a.m. but Sir Danny opened it for us at 10 a.m. Great Pizza, and Very Accommodating Staff❤️❤️❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED???Kid-friendliness: Super Friendly, Sir Danny smiled at my daughter while his opening the door for us.???

Very disappointed what was once a reliable and expected experience. Besides the pizza being 40 minutes late the pizza was very underwhelming. What was once a medium pizza has now become a small pizza. Super salty and greasy at a premium. Happy to pay more for quality product and an actual medium sized pizza. The wings were on the other hand ok. Sadly after a 50 year run you have lost your customer.
