Dont order often but when we have it’s Carbone crust and haven’t had a “regular” crust for a few years . We did tonight , delivery was great , ingredients no fault of store but crust was like frozen pizza , cardboard.Guess they changed . Go back to the nice light crust with under tone of corn meal . A proper Italian pizza . Was more like cheap Pizza Pizza crust . Again , nothing against the store or franchise. I’d be happy to talk to anyone at head office or corporate .

I am disturbed with the texture and taste of this burnt pizza.
Assuming i was the only person in the store who ordered this. I doubt if it was the lack of concern by their team.
The service was good but they did not pay attention to details.
I always come to purchase food from this location and I’m always greeted nicely by a young man named Tam. He is very respectful, as well as very friendly. He deserves a raise and a bigger promotion. Just because of Tam I always repeatedly purchase from Pizza Nova. Shout out to Tam, very grateful he works there.

?The cashier tonight was nearly dancing around the store & has an incredibly friendly disposition while full of enthusiasm to the point that her positivity is infectious. She also gave us extra sauce on our pizza without asking for additional payment just to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our order. She was also being extremely courteous to every single other customer who was in the store tonight which was such a breathe of fresh air to see & experience at a pizza nova location.
Keep up the amazing work young lady & keep smiling as it is very much appreciated & certainly made our night along with likely the other patrons nights as well!
