We love going to this Pizza Nova location, on Bloor Street, near The West Mall! My son and I go there regularly for the past year and have been greeted by the staff each time with a warm smile and very efficient service. I ordered via DoorDash from this location for the first time and won’t be doing it again. I sent them a message about our order and no one followed up with me.
The pizza was terrible; more like a piece of cardboard! If this is their traditional crust, I would hate to see their thin version! There was hardly any sauce so it was dry and we got maybe 5 pieces of bacon on the whole pie! It also wasn’t that cheesy which is what a pizza should be!! For the price this was an absolute fail!!

I love the vibe in this location which made me feel like the family.
The old guy just doesn’t want to work. This was my first time and i didn’t really know the menu so i thought i should ask and I asked him one question about the pizza that how many topping will we get on that and he was like read the menu at home and then come, i have other work to do. I was literally shocked. I never had this experience in a pizza store. Very unfriendly man! The other lady was fine but the old man uff. Regret ordering from this place. Wont be suggesting this place to anyone. I have posted the picture of the same guy in my review.
